Very clean, I work at the hair market we always walk-in  or order the food always fresh, the staff always welcome. The coffee always fresh and in general the best place to dine.

Good food and good (but slow) service. If the owner is reading, please invest in a larger and better quality coffee selection. Something that Wellington is missing is GOOD coffee. Will be back again eventually and hope to see a few changes, best of luck!

Cant get enough!!! Today I went for lunch at TMC and decided to ask Taylor, the owner, to whip something up for me -- surprise me!  By the way, Taylor is a health enthusiast and I come here to eat healthy and clean food. Don't come here if you're looking for white bread, sugary drinks and stuff thats just gross... ha! Biased? A little.  Anyway...what I got was one of the best salads I've ever had. I'm a, 'put raw and crunchy veggies in my salad' kind of gal and thats exactly what I got... and more. I got: Mixed greens and romaine "base" with little chunks of carrot (sooo much better than shredded - you actually have a good crunch), raw and crisp green beans (seriously,  just add them - so good), red kidney beans (for that buttery flavor), shredded swiss cheese (mmmmmmmm) topped w her homemade, FRESH, roasted turkey (they literally roast the turkey for 3 hours - ummm YES PLEASE) served cold (yes, its so good cold) and shredded. She finished me off by mixing a couple different of her homemade vinaigrette's together ( a little honey mustard for sweetness, some herb goodness and I think a balsamic? whatever it was amazballs). Healthy, fresh and it truly hit the spot. Can I get an Amen?

I can't get over what incredible coffee they have, healthy treats and the best turkey Reuben I have ever tried. I can't wait to come back here and try some of their other meals.
