How about a blower fan above the front door like Publix has? Or screens over the donuts at the least! Absolutely disgusting! So sad, because I usually love Dunkin Donuts

I come here in the afternoon a few times a week and it never fails there cold be one car or 5 cars and the service is beyond slow. I ask for the same coffee every day but it is never made the same. However When I stop there in the morning the service is much better.

Go here often, service is usually good but once in awhile I get things like cold food... ham egg cheese with cold and unmelted cheese

Only been here once and probably never again. Just a stop on my way. Had no complaints with service and I only got an iced latte. 

Store wasn't very clean but not totally dirty either. However both the trash cans in the dining area and in the men's restroom were slam full. The men's restroom floor was a bit messy as well, more than the norm anyway. Some tables could have used a wipe down as well. 

No comments about the drive thru.

Business was fairly slow during my visit so I see no excuse for slam full garbage cans and a messy floor. A quick sweep and empty trash bags would have brought this review up to five stars. Cleanliness matters when you're dealing with anything food related, or at least it should.

Service is slower than any Dublin Donuts I have visited. Had to remind staff twice to make my sandwich. It took 20 minutes.
