Not sure if it was worth 1 star.    Manager was videoing customers with her cell phone.   
3 customers brought in their own cups to refill.     
13 employees standing around doing nothing,  Manager told an employee to just stand there and look pretty.    
Greeting phrase:  Are you staying or leaving? With a rude tone.    Insisting people use the kiosk.

I know this is just "fast food" so I shouldn't expect much but just once I would like to get the correct order.

I get it. It's McDonald's so I shouldn't expect much. Well, this place sucks! I live nearby & don't eat fast food often, but sometimes you just need crappy, greasy food. Not once have I been to this location & left w/out shaking my head. The fries are ALWAYS cold. Have had to ask for fresh fries prwtty much EVERY single time. They are as sliw as molasses, even when there are 10 employees "working". They are sloppy & the place is always dirty!! The manager on duty was disheveled looking & not very "managerial". I getbit. You're a mana ger @ McD's. But maybe if you took some pride in your appearance & your store, you may go places!! But you prob don't care. You're happy working your menial, low wage job. Good luck.
