Great experience here. I ordered two wake up wraps for here. They were a bit late with my order, so they gave me one more extra wrap as a thanx for waiting. I think that's fair and respectful.

DISCLAIMER: I generally like Dunkin' Donuts / Baskin Robbins. As a company I regard them highly and enjoy most of their products.

That said, this location is a disgrace to the chain and should be shut down. Service is effing ABYSMAL! A couple of examples: years ago (2012) I ordered a sandwich consisting of sausage with egg but was given an unpalatable grilled cheese instead. I can't recall if I was charged for a grilled cheese or not. [I do not save fast food receipts from circa 2012. Even I am not THAT neurotic.] It would be one thing if I was given a different but similar sandwich, i.e. a different sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich but with the wrong cheese, or the wrong meat, or a different bread from what I ordered... No, these idiots mixed up whatever I ordered with a grilled cheese. If they charged me for what I ordered, then I was ripped off. If they charged me for a grilled cheese, then at least I was charged less than what I would have paid... That's not the point! It's not what I freaking ordered! On another occasion, I waited an unnecessarily long time. Two employees were "working" behind the counter, as in putzing about aimlessly. A third person, who appeared to be the manager or supervisor was similarly putzing about. Hello, morons! You have customers waiting! A lady who was waiting in line behind me lost patience and angrily stormed out. At least that time they got my order right... I have been boycotting this location since.

On a given day the counter will be unattended. All managers and employees should be purged immediately! Or else they should simply close down this pitiful location.
