Posting this with a hope that management will see this: poor customer service; orders placed through their app are prepared with a delay - they start preparation when you show up to pickup (happened to me twice already), which is not a point of preordering in advance; also, I was asked to pay for it while it was already paid through the app.
My kids love DD bacon-egg sandwich, and this is the closest and most convenient location for us - hopefully some comments here will help to improve customer service

I keep going there because it's the most convenient DD to go to. My experience (2/26) was the best when the medium Latte for $2 wasnt working, a cashier told me i could get an iced coffee 1/2 off. So I took that, and as she is getting me my drink she gets a free donut for me and apologized for the wait/inconvenience. I had been standing there for almost 5 mins but appreciated the patience and service.

No wonder this location has such poor reviews, It's managed by a crackhead. Feel bad for the people who work there and have to deal with this freak

Horrible.  Burnt coffee.  Redone.  Burnt flavor still.  Small apple fritters.  Bleh! Never going to this one again.

Gross coffee not flavored properly and burnt twice for more than one customer and smaller donuts.  super slow service...Bleh! Not gong to this location again.
