The worst location ever. Every single order I placed there was screwed up. The staff consist of intelectually challenged teenage dudes that don't give a damn.

It makes me really sad to have to change my review from 4 stars to one but it absolutely seems fitting. Today I went to go get a coffee and when I went to pay it was 2:57 p.m. the deal is any size coffee from 3 to 6 p.m. . I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts where I've gone in so extremely close to 3 p.m., and they still charge me full price. In fact I went to one in Des Plaines yesterday, and was there at 2:40 in the afternoon. They still gave me a dollar coffee. I LOVE also that the cup wasn't even full today. A good 2 inches below the rim. Not only have my orders been completely wrong the last couple times. Which amazes me because my order is so simple an iced coffee with cream and sugar. I was actually handed a black iced coffee a few weeks ago and the employee actually argued with me that it was what I had ordered. So I just left because if you can't tell the difference between black coffe and coffee with cream.... We have an issue. My order is pretty hard to mess up, but it always seems to taste terrible from this location lately as well. It's sad because this location is very centrally located for me. I drive past it all the time. But at this point I'd rather drive out of my way to the location by Wal-Mart where I know they always get my order right. I'll even drive to the one in Des Plaines at River and Rand. But I'm absolutely sick and tired of this location. Some of your staff is amazing, and others absolutely suck. It's really sad because those amazing employees are the reason I kept coming back. Unfortunately the crappy employees completely drove me away this time. I wouldn't make such a big deal over a dollar usually, but I'm a frequent customer I go daily if not twice a day to get coffee or Donuts or ice cream for my children. So this is super irritating for me. I really hope things change soon.

How hard can it be, a simple order: - One box of donuts, WITHOUT any chocolate - Three Caramel Makiado HOT coffees About 7 minutes later we got: - One donut box with 6 CHOCOLATE donuts and 6 mixed. They forgot the coffees so, another 5 minutes later: - Three COLD Caramel Makiados COLD without CARAMEL and very, very strong, hardly any milk. Not drinkable - No recipe Lunch time, A long line of cars behind so no time to exchange anything, in attention to the people in line.

Terrible customer service. Asked to add on a coffee at the pay window and said we had to drive around and re order with a serious attitude to it and couldn’t just add it like any other place would. A few days earlier the the lady was really snobby with us when we were ordering as well.
