Paige was my server and she did a fantastic job! She should most definitely get a raise as she is by far the best and most polite worker at this location. Ive never been more impressed.

Karen is the best thing that ever happened to that location. She is the sweetest employee and is always super kind to my children and makes our day. Please give that woman a raise! Good customer service and being personable is hard to come by these days.

On March 1st 2023 i went into this dunkin location as a former employee where I was immediately accused of stealing a latte that one of my former coworkers gave me the day before despite my efforts to pay for it. I was then berated and instructed to leave the premises without an opportunity to explain the situation. When I tried to further explain to Justin a member of management he threatened to call the police. They called Mansfield police who responded to the call after I had already left the store and didn’t write a report even after reviewing camera footage because no crime was committed. The management here is very poor and the mistreatment of staff and customers is unlike anything I’ve experienced.

As a former employee, this place is a disgrace. The management is extremely disrespectful towards their employees and blatantly take out their stress on customers. The owner’s do not listen to their employees regarding the uncomfortable environment created by management. Not only do the managers make several inappropriate comments towards each other, but they also belittle their staff constantly. They are racist and I will not work somewhere that tolerates disrespect towards others. It’s a shame that everything is “brushed under the carpet” here.

I believe in generosity and that we all have the right to a coffee and if you treat a person as a thief for a coffee, it is better not to return

Girls were too busy playing trucker on the on the drivethru radio to pay any attention to my order and pretty much made me some random coffee. I understand you have to make work a little fun at places like this, but when a customer is trying to order is it too much to ask for them to stop horsing around and listen and I know this is CRAZY give me the correct order?

Crammed and busy however the young lady at the register seemed laid back under pressure and had an awesome attitude which is super when you have been stuck in line for 25 min  .Food: 4/5

Fast service.

Every time I come here, Kylie makes my coffee amazing. I’ve never had better. She should be the only one training employees to make the best coffee. 10/10 recommend this location. The staff is so friendly.

First time I've used school street DD in Mansfield.. service was a little slow.. asked for hot latte with Oat Milk and breakfast sandwiche with no cheese.. My latte was NOT oat milk it was made with little milk n water tasted very bitter.. they definitely need training on how to make a latte.
