My first time at this location, and while the young man that took care of me was very pleasant, the overall feel of the place was quite lifeless. There is a vibrancy to Dunkin Donuts that was missing from this locale. My Wake Up Wraps were what I expected.Food: 4/5

Iced coffee with cream, sugar and hazlenut....ended up being just cream sugar and hazelnut no coffee! Plus the individual at the counter as I was about to order told me to hold on and took a personal call and when she saw that there was no a line of customers behind me she got off the phone and made the horrible drink. I will never return to this Dunkin donuts and I grew up going to only this Dunkin. After adding my own coffee to it in a cup as pictured you can see that it was then the correct color because I had added coffee which was missing. Horrible experience

God awful coffee but, to be fair, Dunkins cares nothing about the quality of its products and only that ur credit card is accepted.  They are the consummate free-market money grab.....to be fair, no different than other free market entity

This Dunkin’ Donuts people were extremely unprofessional and rude and on top of that this is another Dunkin’ Donuts that does not use Dunkin’ Donuts products.  I feel every Dunkin’ Donuts should be shut down if they’re not gonna use Dunkin’ Donuts products.

Service is inconsistent. Some stir your coffee, most don't. English muffins are like rubber.Food: 3/5

This store is great all the employees and manager is awesome. They never out of product and the manager Erica is awesome she cares about her employees and customers. I want to thank Holly, Christy, Bernie and Maria for there exceptional service there. I will always come to this Dunkin

I go to this Dunkin’ everyday. The reason for the 2 star rating is due to the online ordering and the level of service and attention they pay to the online ordering. Whenever I order online they almost always either mess up my coffee or they give me the wrong food or even give me less than what I paid for. For a long while they always messed up my coffee even when ordering in person and they only started paying attention and doing it right when I started complaining and making them remake it. At first I was like oh no big deal it was busy or it was someone new but now it’s seemingly just a lack of care on their behalf. I highly suggest making sure you order in person and not online. If you order online I suggest double checking your order every time.

I come to this Dunkin Donuts almost every day. And they have never ever ever messed up my order. Every one I go to besides this location has messed up my order. But this one is one of a kind. I want to give a huge thanks to Dylan for always welcoming me every time I walk in and always wishing me a good day every time I walk out. He is a very hard worker and I see him there, every time I go. He is one of the nicest if not the nicest person I have ever met. Awesome customer service 10/10 pick this Dunkin’ donuts.

I have been going to this particular Dunkins for 11 years now and the same wonderful, nicest, most loving and caring ladies have been there every morning and noon to graciously take my order.  These girls have become members of my family. They genuinely care about my husband and I when we don't show up, they've sent cards when we've been ill, etc.  They always make my day, everyday and it's always such a pleasure to see them every day. I enjoy their company and kindness more than the coffee. I hope the owner realizes that it's his employees that keep people coming back everyday to his location. He should give them all a huge raise because I'm sure he doesn't pay them enough!  We love you all and thank you for all you do. You are all SUPERSTARS!!!  MARLA AND MIKE S.
