By far the best service at a coffee place in this area!! Their iced coffee is perfect and they get my order right every time. The staff is nice and always makes me feel welcome!

They have a promotion right now in the month of October buy a dozen get a dozen so I thought this is perfect for my sons birthday treat for his class. Go to order my donuts and the gal said, "ok so we're kinda not doing that promotion today because we're running low on our boxes that we put the donuts in, but we'll honor it tomorrow".. I said, "ok so if I don't use your promotion that is still going on then I can get two dozen donuts?" she said, "yep". My reply, "cool I'll just go to Harmon's." Obviously, this South Ogden store doesn't honor their own coupons. If you still have boxes when I go to order my donuts then you should honor your promotion and provide me my two dozen donuts. If you run out at noon then you start telling people at that time.. Sorry, but we're out of boxes (which should never be the case anyway). Go to the other store and pick up some boxes. Very inconvenient and mostly very disappointed.. WOW!!

It's okay. I would recommend getting here early as the donut selection was almost none at 11am. The clerk was a bit unenthusiastic even after I tried making a few jokes with him. Customer Service could use some help.

On National Donut Day they were very busy and when I came in they were getting everyone's drinks but mine, however, when I addressed that I had been waiting for awhile, they offered me more free donuts for my wait and they got my drink to me in no time. They had also been handing out samples and making sure nobody felt rushed. They always have such fast and friendly service. This particular store has always been my favorite. I never leave there without a smile.
