The lady doing my order over stuffed my sandwich and took forever making it. I had to pull over half of the veggies just so I could eat it without poping my jaw out. By then i lost all flavor of the sandwich aside from the 5 lines of chipotle she put on it. Learn your proportions

Terrible experience ordered by online for pick-up!  We went in at the scheduled pick up time and they hadn’t started our order yet, then they continued to stop our order for other customers walking in.  It took over an hour past our order pick-up time before it was completed.  Then when we called to check up on the delay for the order, the employee hung up on us!!

I came in at about 4:15 and waited to be helped for 15 minutes which was fine because they were doing a call in order and I had no where to be so I was fine waiting. The lady that was working was disgustingly rude to the other employee, i think his name was Joe. Joe was lovely and very nice. If it were only Joe, I would give 5 stars. The lady was so mean and Joe even asked her to calm down. At one point, Joe was trying to be helpful and give her a knife but she threw it in another direction and raised up a knife she already had. I understand that she didn't need the knife she was given, but use your words and say I already have one, thanks though. IT'S NOT HARD TO BE NICE. I feel sorry for Joe.
