Great customer service and quick with the orders! I decided to add items to my order after I had already driven up to the pickup window and without skipping a beat, Alex fixed my order. He was extremely helpful and hospitable! Definitely coming back to this Dunkin!

For a restaurant that wasnt crowded, the service was poor. Skipped over ro serve other tables, forgotten and wrong items brought to the table and mediocre tasting at that

We were exited to come in for some coffee and asked for the simplest coffee order ever half decaf coffee with half warm milk, the barista penny made a huge deal out of the order and had a nasty attitude, rolling her eyes at us while make the order and taking nasty about us to her coworkers, when she called out the order it was very unprofessional and sarcastic. When I got the coffee it didn't taste like coffee what so ever on top of that it was cold. As I returned to the front she then again came rushing to the register attacking us stating that she had made the correct order and wanting to argue with us not only that she grab and starting trowing towels and napkins all over her area with a nasty attitude talking under her breath.This is the worse place ever, then the so called shift area supervisor did absolutely nothing he stood there watching everything without saying a word he acted like he didn't give a damm how this girl was treating the customers. I would totally recommend hiring another person who steps in and assist guest. Penny needs to be fired because on top of all as we were leaving she started laughing and clapping hahahaha THEY ARE FINALLY LEAVING!!!!!! I mean honestly what type of person would do this to their guest. I want to thank our cashier(Sharon P) who tried to resolved everything and ended making our order because penny was to ignorant to make our order. I hope the general manager at store location #350423 Mr. Bryce Dewitte reads this message and watches the cameras to see how this employee (penny) insulted and treated us the whole time. She needs to be fired immediate!!!!!!!
