Up in Arms is a very professional and clean place.  Zack Watson was really understanding of my chronic pain condition and tried to be as gentle as possible while piercing my earlobes.  I was extremely nervous, but he coached me through the process and made sure that I was okay during each step.  This was my first experience with piercing, and I was pleasantly surprised by how little it hurt!!  Of course, I'm a unique case (having a chronic pain condition and wanting a piercing), but my experience was definitely positive.  I'm so happy with my new jewelry and I'm very excited to have pierced ears after 10 years of wanting to pierce my ears!!  Everything was sterile and new, the gloves were sterile and opened in front of me, and the entire process was explained.

Clean fun place. Staff very knowledgeable and explains everything and open to questions. Tattoo artist's are amazing and funny

They do great work for a good price. Lots of fun people work there making it relaxing and fun while you are in the chair

Amazing staff,  very clean and professional. I would say this is the best tattoo and piercings in all of Western Pa. I have had countless hours in their chairs and have seen what they are all about. Classy guys whose pricing is very fair considering the amazing work they do. Ink is on you for life make the right choice and go here.
