Good overall, but the staff seems to be more focused on drive thru than in store customers. Service can be better

They forgot about my coffee while I patiently watched every worker in the store stand around. One worker was making everyone else's coffee that was behind me.. after 5 people I finally said something and they lady was very nice about it, she even gave me a free donut.

Yummy food with fast and reliable service! the line was so long when we got there and we thought we would be there so long. But, they served the people in front of us super fast and before you knew it, we were next in line! Good job Dunkin'!

It's a chain, you know what your over-paying for, bland coffee (better than gas station for sure) and some type of processed breakfast sandwich that will give you slightly less heartburn than an Eggmich-muffin. Tolerable for sure though

The staff was friendly and the store was clean . But.........they had jelly filled donut holes. They only sell for $.40 apiece or a box of 25 for $5. No brainer right? They were stale , like 2 days old. Not one of them had any jelly inside just a little spot on the outside. Also the Powerade drinks were outdated. My wife's iced coffee tastes like ice water from the first sip
