I went through the drive thru. Every aspect of my order was incorrect. I ordered 2 donuts and got the wrong ones. I ordered 5 sandwiches and only got three. I ordered 3 juices and only got 2. I'm not happy. I had to drive around again to get my order right.

They sometimes struggle with getting a simple coffee order right. Donuts taste stale. It made me wish I went to McDonald's and I really don't like McDonald's

Workers move very slow and easily distracted by conversations with each other. In a seven day week for daily morning coffee they had to remake a simple order 7 times with 3 of those times in a single visit. They could also use some brushing up on their drive through etiquette. "Aiight" isn't exactly a professional response to acknowledging you heard my order and to come to the window. I've been coming to this location for years as I live in a 5 minute radius from them. They have seriously dropped in terms of quality.

the customer service is very good..however this location is never fully stocked.. the few times i did go there for a milkshake they don't have the ice cream flavor or they have ran out of brownies for a sundae.. the location in country club hills is much better.

I stopped in about 6:30am and no one at the counter to provide services. Had to lean over the counter to get the staff's attention and then still waited for the staff to decide who was going to provide service for Customer inside the establishment and not in the drive thru. Will I come and get Donuts again from here... Probably not there are plenty of other places that want my money.
