I've been a loyal customer at Harveys Corner for over 15 years. Over the years, I've had the oil changed in all of my vehicles exclusively at Harvey's and most of the workers there recognize me on sight. After getting my oil changed on 4/10/15, I was informed that one of the fasteners that held the under car air deflector in place was lost. I was told that when I purchased a new fastener to come back and they would install the air deflector for me. I brought the fastener this morning, 4/16, and went to have them re-install the air deflector. Much to my surprise and disgust, the worker there this morning, that recognized me, stated that he would not install the deflector because he was not the one that performed my oil change on 4/10. What kind of customer service is that? I was incensed and will never visit Harvey's Corner BP again. That worker should be fired for his lack of professionalism and utter disregard for the customers time. That was so, so disappointing because I really enjoyed the convenience of they're location and most of the workers there.
