They always seem to screw up drive through orders even when I speak slowly and clearly. Most recent example: I ordered a medium hot coffee, and I pull up to the window and she hands me an ice coffee. I tell her that I clearly said hot, she remakes it. Then she asks me if I have already gotten my straw. I explain that hot coffee does not require a straw. Then she takes my debt card, swipes it, and hands it back to me without a receipt. I ask for a receipt and the manager has to come over and show her how to re-print it. She had charged me for the iced coffee... Couldn't be bothered to change it on the register first. I have to park, go inside, and explain them situation to the manager. She is ended up just refunding me. Still a lot of effort on my part due to the lazy & incompetent individual at the window.

I come to the dunkin donuts once every 6 months or so because it takes me that long to get over the poor service each time. When I return the service is just as bad as the last time regardless of the staff. 10 minutes after you order food they ask what you are waiting for and when you tell them they seem annoyed and go microwave and toast it. So 15 minutes for a microwaved breakfast sandwich is sad.

I had an On the Go order that was placed with a sufficient amount of time & when I came the order wasn't ready & they said they didn't receive it. This has happened to me twice. But they gladly made it right then and there & were so unbelievably kind!!! Maybe it was a technology issue but they were very accommodating. Stuff happens & it's about how you react, and they responded with extremely professional behavior! 5stars for excellent service
