The staff here is awesome! The manager and his team do great work, if there is a line out the door they all make sure to work hard to get you in and out. My iced beverages are always how I want them to taste, and I can’t get enough of their bagel minis. I appreciate each persons hard work because it doesn’t go unnoticed.Food: 5/5

This is dunkin’ donuts  on Wayne road in westland at 2:30pm! absolutely NO donuts! The short girl with the glasses is gonna say “we get busy on weekends and run out” wait WHAT? Its not even 3 o’clock yet and if yall already know this then prepare better as a business!  This is the only dunkin that i have walked into and seen completely EMPTY DONUT shelves! SMH

I come here twice a week in the morning after leaving my girlfriends house heading to work and place my order through Doordash pickup and I kid you not everytime I arrive my order is always ready! There's been moments where I've shown up 10 minutes after placing the order and my signature drink is always ready. The people here are so friendly as well and I always run into the manager who's happy to hold the door open for customers wishing everyone a great day. If you live in the area make this your coffee spot immediately!

I greatly appreciate the consistency at this dunkin. My order is always ready when i arrive and accurate. The enployees are always friendly as well which is refreshing. It's nice to have a quick, no nonsense breakfast stop in the mornings before work.Food: 5/5

I didn't like this location the parking  lot was dirty when I pulled up the doors were filthy I was debating if I wanted to go in it was 2 customers already in there and the employee was just holding a whole conversation with them like I was not there and as look around no fresh looking doughnuts after waiting for the employee to say something to me she never did so I walked out with no plans to return to this location!! But thus is my opinion check it out for yourself byeeeee

Stopped for coffee and donuts. Served fresh and hot with excellent service. Busy place with limited parking, however they get you in and out quick. Clean inside and out.

This dunkin is cheaper than other ones in the area, all the employees treat you with respect and are very polite if they are out of an item. Their food always tastes great and you can just tell they care about you. WAY better than the one on ford road, they look at you weird if you try and make conversation. Also my cold brew is always perfect here :
