Refreshing and friendly service. Mobile order ahead  and order was ready in under 2 minutes despite the long drive thru line.  Friendly greeting from the manager, will definitely make this a favorite Dunkin stop!

The guy who is behind the counter is rude and doesn't understand your order ever. I ordered a frozen hot chocolate one day and he gave me a frozen coffee, I can only assume out of laziness. Today my daughter wanted doughnuts so we were trying to decide which ones we wanted out of the very little they had. The rude employee was yelling at me to rush my decision even though everything was mislabeled. When I asked for what I wanted he couldn't even grab the right doughnut. This place is a complete dumpster fire.

It's 6 p.m. 1-26-2023. BILL was amazing, Very professional.  However the other young man that was in completely unprofessional.. I was standing in front of the counter,  he was cleaning tables,  I called to back to see if there was someone else,  he said in a not do kind way he would help.  However, he kept cleaning, putting chairs u doing his thing, I'm waiting, and he does not seem to care about the customer.   I almost walked out,  but then Bill came out from the Drive-thru area and immediately helped me. Very professional and quick.  Kudos to you, Bill.

#dunkindonuts    I ordered a bagel with creamcheese on side and this is what i got. A cup with cream cheese scooped in with black things in it. Obviously not gong to eat this but ya going make people sick. 9/1/2022  Got it from store on military trl and northlake. Pbg florida 33410 or 33418.  —-----—------—-----  Best dd I've ever been to.  Friendly people and coffee never taste burnt.  However,  cardboard straws are not my thing.  Also, the traffic can get backed up and cause intersection issues. 2021

Wish I could give this dunkin 0 stars so not only what happened below but just showed up at 525pm and was told they are closed. They're supposed to open until 7. The manager of this location obviously can't properly run a business and hopefully will be fired soon.  Sometimes I get off a Work at 5pm and want a bagel. And it's always up in the air if they server food after 5pm. Sometimes I get a bagel other times it's "we don't serve food after 5pm" I think it's just lazy workers no doing their job.

I went through the drive thru early this morning and yes, even though there was only one car in front of me, I waited 10 minutes. When I got home and opened the lid to my hot vanilla latte, I discovered a strand of long black hair stuck on the inside of the lid, matted by the coffee! I had to drive all the way back and requested to speak with a manager to report the issue. Employees all ignored me initially until I finally stopped one of the employees to get his attention. The guy I spoke to said he was a manager and asked what I needed. I opened up the coffee cup and showed him the hair. He shook his head, sighed with frustration and went into the back and I heard him say to someone, "Either groom it or wear a hair net". He then made me a new coffee but NEVER said sorry. No apology, no reassurance that it won't happen again or no acknowledgement of wrongdoing.  Horrible customer service... And even worse way to address your staff - both in public and without mandating she wear a hair net, which is a food handler and safety protocol and standard. I won't be visiting this location again!

I seriously wish this dunkin wasn’t even in business at this location anymore. I’ve never had a good experience here. The staff is RUDE, they don’t open when they’re supposed to and there is almost ALWAYS a line leading to the road because none of them are in a rush to help anyone. The worst dunkin I’ve ever been to hands down.

I bought the bagel cream cheese bites but it was not cook properly way. I was for other item but it was all out of stock.Food: 2/5

Horrible! Few of the staff members are great. But the door being locked for MOBILE ORDERS is completely insane. I’m not waiting 20 minutes for something i ordered an additional 20 minutes ago. I will not be coming here until the management fixes the issues
