Horrible Place, bad service, and bad worker’s. I order 5 croissant sandwiches, 2 coffees and 1 hot chocolate, The croissant sandwiches were so rushed and put so bad together, the coffee was not even made they only added Milk!!! Also the hot chocolate was cold! Every time I go to this Horrible place they always mess up my orders, I’m never coming back here again.Please if you decided to go here check what you order before you ended up having orders like me.

I ordered everything bagel toasted with cream cheese  And instead my Got cold bagel not toasted with cream cheese on half side and a really bed service.Food: 1/5

If you enjoy service with an attitude and love to pay for your food and coffee & to be wrong, then this is the place to be! Must be family-owned that this behavior is tolerated, because the woman running the drive-through is ill-mannered, and unpleasant & good luck getting them to fix the order if it's wrong. Sent my coffee back and received the same cup of coffee back. They run this place with their own set of rules, you get what they give you, not what you ordered.

They are not trained in customer service at all. She made my drink with the hand that touched her phone. And I asked is the drink mine? When I asked, she leaned back on her elbow, texted on her smartphone, and nodded without making eye contact. I will never go there again.

Worst Dunkin in area. They allow homeless crackheads to sleep in the store. They stare at you while you eat. Management is non existent.Food: 1/5

This location needs all new staff because these girls clearly don't like their jobs. It shows in their customer service skills which are non existent. I just treat them the way they treat me with that same energy. Til this day my order has never been wrong.

Worst Dunkin location around!!! All of the food always tastes freezer burnt. They regularly forget items from my order. Worst of all, the customer service is AWFUL!!! Specifically, there is an older assuming Indian woman who 7 times out of 10 runs the drive through/window. She is consistently rude and is ALWAYS in a rush, oftentimes telling me to pull up although I wasn't finished ordering. I recently have noticed that she has been overcharging me and when confronted, she gave an excuse about the system often pre-charging for tomorrow which is nonsense. The other day she charged me $38 for an order that should have been $21 and she gave me that pre-charge excuse and I didn't get a refund. Recently, she chaged me $13 for what should have been a $9 order and refused to give me a receipt said they were out of papaer and I didn't receive a refund as well. She makes it a point to rarely give me a receipt without having to ask and the little box under the window that gives the price doesn't work so you don't know the price before you pay. Lastly, she's told me not to use the dunkin app & place an order at the window during the same visit wants me to do one or the other, saying it makes them confused but I have to sometimes because that's the only why I can use my points and some items are not available for selection through the app. If you can, I suggest avoiding this location. Unfortunately, this is the most convenient location on my route to work.

I ordered something online to be picked up waited 15 minutes went there to pick it up it was still not ready nothing but chaos between four people trying to figure out where the item was.Food: 3/5
