The guy that usually works early mornings don't have a clue about what quality service is by remembering what your regular customer orders all the time. The woman making the food is on point! She always has my sandwich ready, she could teach him!!!Food: 4/5

I'm trying their green tea frozen latte today. It has a nice refreshing taste.

In my opinion this is the best Dunkin Donuts in Norwalk, CT! I've tried them all but keep going back to West Ave. Eventhough there's no drive through, which is a minor inconvenience, I still opt for them because I know my coffee and iced coffee will taste better. Consistent and fast service.The staff here are also very pleasant.

I honestly really like this location. The people that work there are actually sweet and even make eye contact! It's refreshing customer service that is sorely lacking at almost all Starbucks around here. I have not had to wait more than a few minutes for my coffee and the staff even say thank you! Again, it's rare to get Starbucks staff to even look at you now.  My medium Americano is good and a bit less expensive than Starbucks. I'm down for Dunkin' right now!

This is located in a busy mini mall with plenty of parking including handicapped spaces and a handicap entrance. No drive thru or outdoor seating available.The inside space is cozy, comfy and spacious,good for groups or for dining alone. Male and female restrooms available inside as well as high seats.

Only been once. It took what felt like 5 mins before someone came from the back to even acknowledge my existence and then after I finally placed my order they served 3 other customers and got them in and out before finishing my one sandwich. It felt like 20 mins for a sandwich.

I would leave a no star if I can.. this place is horrible. I have been to this place about 6 times thinking it would get better but NO! The Manger is always wearing headphones in his ear, and the servers do not pay attention to the order. AND the most terrible thing they do not apologize if they make a mistake. I would not have gotten this upset if they just said a simple sorry for not getting my order right.

Horrible customer service! There was a miscommunication on my order in which I had no problem paying for what the cashier did not hear or charge me for. The gentleman making my order gained an attitude as though it was fault! It was the cashier who did not hear me! He continued to increase his unneeded and highly ridiculous attitude by snatching the bag from me! The manager did nothing but stare at me like a deer in headlights. Completely out of line and unprofessional!
