Customer service was great! Store was clean. Order was spot on
The coffee wasn't so fresh here. I even asked how old the coffee was, and they said it had been made within 10 minutes. But it was definitely older as it was very bitter and burn tasting.
Love their hot chocolate and coffee. Their butter pecan ice latte is the best! You should have it all year long!
Today the drive through was okay. Other days you sit there and they don't even acknowledge you are there with a Hello. You wait snd wait. I have pulled out of line and gone to McDonald's where they greet you right away. Also, it would be nice if the DD drive through told you the total before you drive around.
Clean and with quick service. Enjoyed an Iced Coffee, very refreshing.
Went in just to use the bathroom. Normally Dunkin has the cleanest bathrooms compared to any other establishments. The bathroom here had feces on the toilet seat and had a very dirty mirror. Also, the tiled walls looked like they were only wiped down with a dirty rag and not actually “cleaned”. Dunkin is great but I’d avoid this spot. If the bathroom is filthy I can only imagine the cleanliness of other parts of the store. STAY AWAY!
Dunkin has become expensive junk to me . I found an awesome breakfast place call Liz Sue bagels they are simply awesome and everything is real and fresh not those fake eggs at Dunkin
Convenient location on state route 123 new caanan Ave,this location is in a very busy strip mall. Easy_off_easy_on from state route 15 Merritt parkway and U.S. route 7. No drive thru or outdoor seating available. Male and female restrooms available, the space inside is spacious and comfy; good for groups or for dining alone.
This Dunkin Donuts franchise location is one of those units that they shove into a small Strip Center. This one had the smell of burnt Bagels and didn't seem to be really clean. However the service was prompt. I wouldn't say the food was on par with other larger Dunkin Donuts with higher volume. Personally I would continue driving down the Merritt another exit or two and go to a larger Dunkin Donuts
This store has wonderful attention since two young boys started to work here. they prepared very good coffe end give excellent costumer service
