Ordered over UberEats. Both of the bagel minis looked like this inside. I don’t know if it’s rotten or burnt but it’s disgusting at first sight. Sandwiches had wrong ingredients. Receipt says white cheddar, got American. Could have been worse, but this is just a lack of care and effort. Please do better. I will not return and neither will and of my coworkers

Every two weeks there is new staff. Absolutely ZERO consistency with drinks. Awful. This coffee tastes watered down. Just took a second sip, this is literally the worst coffee I have ever had. Disappointed. Of course I don't have time to go back... not that it would really help at this point. Everybody runs on Dunkin except this one you should run away from. Yeah yeah yeah no for sure

Every time I stop here on the way to work they mess up my order. Last time they forgott the coffee....this time the eggs in my wake up wrap are ice cold. I just paid $9.47 for a medium coffe and 2 eggcicles.

Careless and sloppy. Had to get coffees remade and still did them wrong..  tried to be nice and no reciprocation.

Keep going back to this dump since it’s nearby , hoping and praying they will make a decent iced coffee and I’m disappointed every single time. How they manage to ruin such a simple thing is mind boggling.

We ordered ice. Coffee with mocha thinking it was blended like starbucks was horrible plus donuts werent fresh very disappointed used to be outstanding.

I don't know what has happened to this place.  It use to be great but it sucks now. They can't even get a bagel and a coffee right.  They are often out of plain bagels. They almost never put the correct cream cheese on my bagel and their coffee is not anywhere near as good as any other Dunking Donuts. And now they gave me a coffee filled with cream when I ordered black and they NEVER give you a napkin or a reciept. Just have to stop going there and it is a shame because it is such  a convenient location for me.

Was told they were out of the large multi cup box. Wouldn't give me separate creamer/sugar for 5 large black coffees to compensate for not being stocked with boxes. I buy dozen donuts / coffee box often for my labors from whatever dd store is nearby. I felt these donuts were smaller than any other dd I've gone to, as they all shifted in the box - normally they all touch and don't move. Lastly, Cameron emp#115048 was very rude. I tried to pay my $30+ bill with a $50, she informed me they don't take bills over $20. As that was the only bill I had, I had to scratch around my car to get the $, which I eventually did. Very stupid policy, for large purchases. While doing that, the window was open. Cameron said to a coworker that I was, "just another privileged white woman, trying to get her way." I said that I could hear her and had she even remotely offered an apology, I wouldn't be wasting my time here, however, her response was, "I left it open so you COULD hear me." Since I didn't want my food spit on, I said nothing more, took my food and left. In the end, I'm done going to dd, as I feel this attitude not to this degree, happens at all the dd's in the area. I figured out that I usually spend at least $30 2x a month @ dd, that's $720 a year they will lose from me.

This place sold me an expired chocolate milk, the frosting was sour dour I spent $6 and threw my food and dri j away and left. Employees walking around with cigarettes in their ear, no courtesy "Hello how can I help you" All around worst experience I have ever had at a dunkin donuts.
