Great location no drive-through easy to order online other wise very efficient staff never had wait

Great customer service. I started coming to this one instead of my Mundelein location. I am in and out faster, the staff is always very friendly and helpful, and my coffee is always how I ordered it.

This Dunkin Donuts is not my usual spot. I was in the area and needed some coffee. It is on a very busy street, small and has very little parking. It has a much smaller assortment of items to choose from. However, the young woman who waited on me was very nice. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and with a very big smile. She was very fast and my coffee was nice and hot and tasted just the way I like it. So, don't let the small size fool you. If you are in the area, stop by.

The customer service was really wrong place he really did not wanna work there something the lady was so mean you’re so rude  was not listen to me when I was taking my older I will never go to the Dunkin’ Donuts ever again I customer service was really horrible

The staff was very helpful and pite. They took extra time to help me out decide what type of drink to order even though there was a line. Awesome service!

Place was clean, however very small with limited options as with larger shops. I'm a bagel man myself. If that's what you want more than likely you'll have 2 options poppy seed, and whole wheat .  Also be ready because parking sucks in the lot.  Overall my review is take the extra time, and drive to a larger location to get all the options a full service DD will have. If you're in a pinch and nees your caffeine / Donut fix it's a decent stop.

Went to this location a few times.  They let their product run out, and will not make more for many hours. Once I went it at 10 am, and they were out of 95% of the donuts.  Overheard manager?? state that more donuts were not going to be made until 3 pm!!!  I was going to a business meeting, and wanted 3 dozen donuts.  But I was stuck going to another business.  Very disappointed in DD due to this fail on their part.

Employees don't know basic math. Ordered 4 donuts online, and received 3. Tried to call the store to get credited for my missing donut, and they apparently also don't know what that thing making sounds on the wall is cause they don't answer.  These are two basics in customer service and they got them both wrong. I would stay away from this location.

My sample size is not very big since I've only been there twice, but both times my drink was so wrong I didn't drink it.  It is not a complicated order iced tea with one sweet and low and one had not sweeter and once had way too much.  I don't know if the speaker doesn't work well I went through the drive  thru but you go to this DD I recommend asking for your sugar and stuff on the side and putting it in yourself.

I see why they dropped 'Donuts' from their name. They're no longer any good. Limited selection, tasteless, runny icing.
