This is my favorite Dunkin. The employees are so nice. Thank you Roberto for making my ice coffees so good shout out to the sandwich maker and the Manager who is so nice.Food: 5/5
So I've been going to this location for a while now and the girls there are just lovely. But as of about a week or so you can see a difference they have some woman there I guess managing who is just awful to the employees. What I've noticed so far the talking down to these girls, her displeasing demeanor, and her and her unprofessional behavior towards her fellow staff is disgraceful. Do Better these young women deserve better.
We had to order 4 dozen donuts and 2 containers of coffee for a business meeting. We also ordered our own drinks & donuts. They were super fast!Food: 5/5
I do not recommend going to this Dunkin’ Donuts. The management here treats, the employees unfairly. The assistant manager is always talking about other people behind their back and calling them names that is very unprofessional and there’s a lot of profanity in the bathroom walls. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve been to. Also when I came in yesterday to get my food there sewage system was backing in the store and it smelled so bad. I even heard someone say that the store wasn’t shutting down. The worse management ever
Out of the whole place DD and BR only two employees. Both weren’t all there and left without being served after 10 minutes with little to no other customers in the store.
The girl cashier had a really bad attitude.Also this is the dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever seen at any business.Even gas stations have a better cleaning standard than this.The toilet has red stains all over it.There’s no check and balance on cleanliness and we are in the middle of a pandemic
I used to go to this location daily. That is until an employee, who seemed to be and acting manager, started berating the other employees acting like she was above everyone. A new employee was confused about how the POS system worked and she sarcastically told her 'see this is how you do it" and proceeded yell at another employee to take over, and he took my order. She started barking commands and simply put, had no idea what she was doing. The other customers even looked at each other in disbelief. I'll never be coming here again. Even going out of my way a just to go to a different location.

I always come here after school and I love this place. I come here almost everyday and the food and service is always excellent for both walk-in and mobile orders. The bathrooms are horrible though.Food: 5/5
Heavy white kid made my friend and I 2 caramel mocha cappuccinos. We left on a journey and about 10m into our journey we realized there was no espresso in our drinks. We decided we really needed coffee, so we returned to get it replaced. We explained the issue with the order. The kid seemed to show signs of frustration and possibly doubted whether we were telling the truth. As an employee, I disagree that it should be your job to question whether or not a customer is lying. Provide the service, and let us get on with our day. We spend thousands of dollars at this location alone, our unused dunkin points can prove that. Mouth breather redid the drinks and I heard a whisper about a double shot, thinking it was for another customer. He didn't make a single point to converse. He put two drinks on the counter, and walked away. On my first sip, I could immediately tell there were two shots of espresso. I asked the kid if that was the case, and he said yes. Why are you wasting my time twice? Why are you ruining my drink twice? Do your job.
