The 2 baristas that were working there when I went were super quick and efficient. They were also very polite. The drinks were yummy too !  Vegetarian options: They have dairy free alternatives !

Coffe was great but they forgot whipped cream on my white chocolate mocha so minus one star for that.

Average Starbucks. Friendly counter service. Prompt beverage preparation. Clean seating area. Pleasant music. Restroom needed a once over but was acceptable.

Get a ****ing lit sign! The store is not visible at night. Was driving in circles looking for it.

Slowest morning staff ever! Put in a mobile order 10min before arriving. Showed up to a packed seating area of people all waiting for their orders and staff casually filling them. Waited for close to 10min and finally left without my order. Had similar experience every time I've gone recently. Won't be back

Asked for a trenta ice cup of water and a side of cream. Girl at the register didn't even ring it through the register so I assumed she was going to grab the items immediately. Instead she walks away and makes other mobile drinks after whispering something in one of her coworkers ears. I'm standing in the lobby for five minutes and it looked like no one was going to grab my water and cream. So I walk up to one of the girls on bar and ask if there even was a trenta water coming up and my cream. She immediately grabs it but seemed annoyed. Now my main issue is how the girl on the register was so nice to everyone else but as soon as I walk up to her she immediately looks annoyed. I thought starbucks was all about accepting diversity and not being discriminatory. Seems to me that the people here don't follow that mindset.

UNION SHOP! As of July, 2022, there are 2 Unionized Starbucks in Connecticut: this one, and one in Vernon. Tell them you came BECAUSE they're Unionized. They also do a box office takeaway business. It's a nice shop. Lots of parking nearby.  My favorite: Triple Grande Latte What I usually get: Grande dark drip

Very rude. I understand that they're understaffed as I also work in retail but was I some kind of invisible force that they couldn't see and chose to call every other people even though I walked in and stayed at the pick up line because I had a mobile order? Not a single Hello? I would be so willing to wait as long as they need. Very disappointed at this location.

So derty Starbucks in the covid19 I never  recommended
