Once I found out years ago something they did when making their coffee I stopped going there but my husband went for the convenience being closer to us. Now he finally said never again! He bought me a blueberry muffin and an Iced coffee for a surprise. The muffin wasn't only way smaller than they used to be but it was all raw and wet on the bottom, definitely looked uncooked on the bottom. I called and she told me sorry, her oven wasn't at the right temperature and to bring it back for another one. When he got there she showed him another one and said see it's the same, it's fine, my employees are eating it right now. I have never had a muffin like that from ANY Dunkin!! It was not fine. She didn't want to give him his money back for it either but finally did and then wanted his phone to take back the point for the muffin! Never will we go there again! The dunkin on ridge by 80 is 100 times better and we'll only go there from now on!!!!

We have 2 locations in town last time I went there was 7 years ago. We stopped going because the franchise/ manager is rude, very argumentative when orders are wrong to the point she would get loud with you in front of customers. Today wife went and they got order wrong and guess what, she argued and said we ordered the coffee wrong we order coffee the same at all locations for years so, unlikely. She tells wife she told he order wrong. After arguing she dumps old coffee out and reuses old cup.  We have 2  in Minooka, I don't recommend going here at all!

I feel like family at this store. The only complaint I have is that there's way too much ice in the cup and not enough drink. I pay $5 for a large tea and get more than half of it in ice also the new rewards program is the absolute worst. I don't drink coffee, I like chai and I can't use any of the rewards with chai. Kind of dumb.Food: 5/5

Gotta have my Dunkin'. My wife and I usually get our ice coffee every day after 2pm. Can't forget the donut for my grandson. It's his favorite time of the day too.Food: 5/5

This is honestly the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. We moved here last October and it never fails that each time I’ve gotten an iced coffee that it tastes like dirty water… I even took a break for a few months and decided to give them another try a few weeks ago. My boyfriend and I did a curbside pickup order and it said when we get there to check in so they can make our order and bring it out. Well after waiting for 10 minutes for two iced coffees and 2 donuts, my boyfriend went in and asked where our order was. They said they were very busy and hadn’t started anything yet. In that 10 minute timeframe of waiting out front, there were at most 4 cars that had gone through the drive thru. I just don’t think they care and use coffee from the night before. I really don’t like to leave a bad review, and have never left one before but this Dunkin has been bad every time. And the manager/owner looks at us like we’re crazy for asking for a new drink. I will not spend my money there again. I drive back to Plainfield to get a coffee from Dunkin if I have to.

Their manager is very rude. We called them regarding   a missing item we paid for and instead of them addressing the issue and working something out she yelled at us and suddenly hung up. We’ve had many issues with her in the drive thru as well claiming we needed to go all the way back in line in order to receive our coffee we were missing and she always has a rude attitude.

I love this place! Pretty much everyone there is so nice to me and they truly work hard. MORGAN is such a sweetheart! She always makes my day just by having a simple conversation with me about our day. Not only that, the drinks she makes are always spot on consistent and delicious. I do look forward to coming here. Maybe a little too. Grace is super nice too, she makes my day. I appreciate this location.

I used to frequent this location, but am no longer in the area a lot. When I was a frequent customer, it was somewhat rare that something was wrong. The last few times I've been there, coffee was good but our food wasn't cooked. Not sure if they got new staff?

Good coffee i had Midnight blend which has fast become my favorite with hazelnut and cream.  Also had hashbrowns which are always good, and two wake up wraps which were pretty boring.  The drive thru associate was very preoccupied with everything and was spinning around and gave me my food and card back at the same time and dropped my card into the ground outside the window.  She apologized profusely and I told her it wasn't a problem.  I'm not upset with her in any way, but I feel like having the person working the window shouldn't have to focus on everything when there is so many others in working with them.
