My order was correct and I didn’t have any line to wait in.

This is the second day in a row my partner and I went to this Dunkin and each day it’s always something different. We ordered two hot coffees this morning and the worker informed us we can’t use our Dunkin App Coupon which was a free anysize hot or iced coffee BUT we used the same coupon we used YESTERDAY for the same two drinks we ordered. We’ll be going to the Monroeville Location from now on.

I love to pre order my food from Dunkin Donuts to make it easier for me and the kids. My order is always correct and I love getting points by using my mobile app. It shaves so much time off especially  if it's during the morning rush.

I called because creamer was added into my coffee and I cannot have regular milk. The manager was rude and tried to tell me what I had in my drink. I visit this location multiple times a week and order the exact same coffee every time. I never asked for anything free or for a refund. The call was to only inform them of the mistake. The staff are more respectful than the manager. I will not return to this location!  BTW, there wasn’t even a sticker on my cup that stated what was in my drink!

I don't have a problem with the staff or the place as a whole. But if you are trying to order anything with bacon when they first open it won't be available. I don't know if this a dunkin thing or just this place. Just thought I would put this out there.

Stopped here on our way to Pittsburg to pick up our new puppy. The girls at the store were funny and had a great sense of humor. Storevwas very clean as well.

We went to this Dunkin’ and we get in line in the drive in and it’s our turn to order and we ask for iced matcha latte and they add it and then we ask for a frozen hot chocolate and then we pull up to pay and they give us a hot chocolate not a frozen hot chocolate and I get my iced matcha latte and it was all ice and not a lot of match and this drink is 6$ not that expensive but still you would expect it to be better quality that a cheaper drink

Even though I asked for a frozen mocha coffee and they gave me a frozen hot chocolate I could not believe it I did call them and they told me they will replace it but the fact of the matter is I was on my lunch break and I could not go back smhFood: 5/5

Not the worst Dunkin I guess but please stop messing up my lattes. I know it sounds petty but some of us just are used to our routines in the morning and 1 thing being off can throw off the rest of the day. Twice in a row I've gone to order a hot latte and been given an ice latte instead. The lines get too long to try to hold stuff up just to fix one drink and I don't like being that customer....but I don't like ice in my coffee.

They are always quick and very nice! My drive thru wait is never long. My order is always correct.  Parking: About 10-15 spots. They&#39;re never full. This location is quick.
