The general public sucks. You can clearly see they are getting smoked, with a line around the building and a line outside their door. They are mostly kids working. Chill out because your over complicated breakfast sandwich isn't ready yet. I stuck with a dozen donuts that were already made and ready and was out quickly. Love Dunkin!

It's 7:24 pm on Saturday. Went to drive through  no one.  They were in there. But no one said anything.  Are they closed? are they open ? They said they were open, in response to this review .  So I guess it's my fault for not waiting longer at the blacked out building. With the blacked out drive through ‍

If I could give them a negative review I would. We went there to get Dunkin’ doughnuts and my daughter was so excited wearing her Dunkin’ dress and the worker locked the door on us! We were there at 12:16pm on Sunday! So awful! My daughter is 3 and didn’t understand why they did that! So awful!!!

This place is obvious busy, but they've been open over a month and have an insanely long drive thru process. At the time this photo was taken there was about 12 cars behind me.  They have to hire more people or pay better. I want to love your business.  Please allow me to.  Edit: got home and the donuts are so pathetic.  C'mon guys.  Do better.

This place is a nightmare. There was an old man who was brand new on his first day and the 4 other people working there did not assist him nor was this person even trained to do anything. It took almost 20 minutes for my party to get a breakfast sandwich and a featured specialty coffee.  I felt so bad for the gentleman who was on register he was old white hair and was just so kind and polite and patient with everything but he was not getting the assistance he needed and made his first day a nightmare. Many patrons sat and watched this charade today this morning from 8-10 am and this company needs to have better structure.

This location is the WORST! The workers are rude everytime I go. They are always out of donuts because they don't order enough. One time I ordered a dozen coffee rolls and only received 8. I told the manager and he said "So what, you your money back for 4 donuts?" So rude, I made him give me a refund for the whole thing. Yesterday, I ordered an assortment of donut holes. I got a box of plain. The owner needs to do a complete overhaul of the workers and whoever does the ordering. I will not be back to this place. I will seek out the Glazed Grinders truck.

Terrible everything.  Made a mobile order. Freaking 3 donuts. Drive through line had like 6 cars in front of me, waited 35 minutes. When came to windows got informed that they don't have the donuts that I ordered.  I told them ok give me all the same that you have. When girl came back she practically threw bag in my hands. Won't order there ever again.

Waited 20 minutes at the window only to have a worker come to it and ask if we had gotten our order. Waited another 15 minutes for him to get our order which consisted of 2 drinks. Don't know what the problem was as they weren't even busy.  I now understand why hardly no one ever goes there and why the coffee place across the street is always so busy. Will never go back.

the experience ranged from most things behind the window being totally mislabeled & the stock completely empty for about 1/3 of the items, to the girl working not knowing what flavor the donuts were when asked & waiting 15-20 minutes at the front of the line guy had already left in front of us & about 5 people standing in line behind us, without one word spoken to us or even a glance our way because there happened to be a large line of cars in the drive-thru.  it was disappointing to say the least.

Visited this morning, Saturday Feb 11, 2023. I went inside and it was clean and orderly. Service was friendly and quick! I would give 4 stars for the service this morning, especially considering we are in New Mexico where service is usually less than 1 star, particularly at fast food type establishments.  Donuts are not great though. Certainly better quality and wider selection can be had at stores in New England...  Blueberry cake donuts were dry and seemed light on the glaze. Tasted ok.  Glazed donut was better and more moist.  Asked for glazed choc cake donuts and got choc frosted..ugh, but no big deal. They tasted ok...  Dunkin might need to tweak their recipe for donuts in this high altitude and dry climate.  Service was spot on so overall, not the worst Dunkin I have visited.
