Went through the drive thru just for them to give me a cup that’s only about half full? Disappointing.

Filthy counters and very slow service. Starbucks new policy to have to ask for sweetener, creamer and even a stir stick, are you kidding me! 9$ for two coffees that take 17 minutes to arrive then more time for condiments! No more Starsucks!Service: 1/5

Never disappointed with Starbucks. Venti Iced almond milk late with sugar free vanilla and extra shot of expresso  and I have my low carb boost for the day. Have I ever personally thanked you Starbucks and team? Well from the patron who has spent thousands of hard earned money and countless hours there working, thank you for what you do. And the app games are amazing fun and yes, you do get me chasing those stars meaning more sales for you... Well played sir, well played

I would never step foot in a Starbucks and I did not this time !!! Once was enough back in 2013 to turn me off of them forever !  I did not go to Starbucks!!!

We go get drinks. Ordered at the drive through. They said amount close to 20.00 He reaches for my card.  After charging he gives me card back:  THEN he gives me drinks. I did not order these drinks. He says: I forgot to tell u I don’t have ingredients but it’s the same. He already charged me for drinks. I got scammed!!! What a poor service these people have. If you don’t have all the ingredients say u don’t have the drink available to order. Do not scam me like this. Don’t be deceiving and take advantage of my good nature.

Frequent this Starbucks often. They are always friendly and pleasant. They have never gotten my order wrong.
