I used to work at this location a little over 10 years ago. We always kept it clean, friendly, and fast service. Haven't been back since, but was in the area and needed coffee. I was SHOCKED when I walked in. Terrible service. Dirty store. Barely any food and coffee was not ready....it was only 2 pm. And they are still advertising pumpkin spice in the middle of December, while every other location moved on to peppermint didn't bother me because I just get regular coffee, but still shocked chairs were up on tables. The plaza had a wonderful makeover on the outside, but the inside has gone down hill.
Always doing rush jobs on my food. Never made right and I was overcharged for something that I didn’t order. Then when I mentioned how unsatisfied I was with the cold food and unsweetened drinks they made me the girl with glasses who’s kinda short and older she shook her head as if I didn’t see it and I felt a way about it because I never give them problems when I come in, I get my food and go & not to mention the fact that I applied for a job and got a call from the manager many moons ago and she was very rude and also working next door to them and how the girls that worked in DD were in competition like wth is that even about but anyway they don’t care and need to be fired
I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. This literally has to be the worst Dunkin’ I have ever been to in my 28 year existence. This whole crew needs to be fired. Employees on their phones texting while people are waiting in line, arguing with each other using profanity in front of guest. A worthless manager that clearly doesn’t wanna be there and doesn’t care about any of her employees or what happens in the shop. This place is straight up anarchy. Save your time and money DONT. GO. HERE.
Horrible service, accidentally did two transactions one with 1 order of hash browns the other 5 hash browns. Total : 6, I was only given the 5 and the dark skin lady with glasses didn’t want to give me the separate hash brown which I paid for she said “I’m not making another one, I have a lot of orders!” I don’t care about the $1 but if it’s paid for do it. Even the cashier said oh I did 2 separate transactions for them it’s 6 in total, but she didn’t give it. I didn’t want to make a fuss or wait longer I left it at that. Change that lady’s attitude or something.
This is the worst Dunkin I have ever experienced. Not only do the employees curse at and insult each other IN FRONT of customers, but they’re always talking on the phone, texting, and scrolling while making coffees. I’ve seen on multiple occasions one of the female workers inappropriately touching one of the male coworkers as well. When I asked that male worker if he had complained about it he told me he has but apparently it was never “seen on camera” so the manager did nothing about it. I don’t believe he works there anymore due to continued harassment. I’d personally love to get corporates number and have them clean house of all the employees there. It’s honestly disgusting how the managers treat their employees and how the employees act.
I had a very good experience here at this Dunkin.. the staff are very nice and respectful unlike some other locations I have went to.. there is a new staff their and I believe his name is Ritchie and he was very helpful and friendly… he took the time to speak and take my order and make sure he got everything right before he cash me out.. he was very sweet.. he also most definitely have a talent for making coffee and making sure stuff is mixed well.. he deserves a raise and he deserves more praises for how he treats customers
These people are the slowest humans I have ever seen, specially the older lady in the front. They took forever to take 1 order. It took 20 minutes to get my Order ahead order, what’s the point of ordering ahead, if you still have to wait 10 minutes when you get there. They apparently ran out of the brew I needed for my order but didn’t say anything! I just watched the cups sit on the counter. My coffee was disgusting, it tasted like just water and cream, but I obviously didn’t have time to get it fixed because I was already late! It sucks because this is the only Dunkin around the area. Ever since the remodel they are the worst.
I went to store today 10/17 at 2:15pm and left without no one get my order. Zero courtesy, bad customer service. Starbucks at mall prompted take my order: 10 coffees for a meeting at Palm Beach State College
I went to the store on 7/6/22 in the morning and I ordered a black coffee with a shot of Expresso and an ice coffee with cream and caramel. The lady who took my order made the drinks and the hot coffee had what the ice coffee required and the ice coffee was just cream and caramel. The red head female always makes what she wants and has a bad attitude. You remodel the store and give bad service. And this is not the first time I had bad service with the red head female, she's terrible. I think I had my last bad experience with this store!!! NEVER GONNA BUY COFFEE FROM THIS BAD SERVICE HAVING STORE!!!
I stopped into this location and ordered a medium iced coffee with cream and sugar. The staff gave me the coffee in a medium hot coffee cup which is 10 oz smaller due to no ice being in the hot coffee cup and they could not understand why there was anything wrong with that when I attempted to explain this to them. The coffee was also not mixed and tasted like it had no sugar in it. The store had a shortage on multiple items and was not clean. I usually have a good experience at other locations around the area. Hopefully management recognizes these issues and addresses them.
