Service does not get worse than this. Sat in line for 15 minutes before being acknowledged, then I FINALLY get to the window just to be ignored for an additional 10 minutes while they work on every order but mine. Eventually I ran out of time on lunch break and had to drive off, keep the bagel, lose the employees. Absolute joke.

Very long wait times in the drive through 15 min to proccess 5 cars.  Appears to be understaffed.  Door to the inside is often locked.  Still excellent coffee however a bit more staff training may be needed.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN. 1st they were out of cold brew, then sprinkled donuts then no Irish cream flavor. They gave me my iced latte that was all foam & practically no ice. After all that their credit card machine supposedly wasn't working & wanted cash only.

They need to teach their employees the basics - how to talk to a human being! I went in the drive through and was asking my passenger what they wanted. After a minute, an employee came over the intercom and said “you ordering?” Very rudely. So I said my order iced coffee, pretty basic and she was like “I’m not understanding what you’re saying”, again very rudely. Immediately my passenger was like no way we’re paying for coffee here and I drove away. I’m done coming to this place and dealing with consistently rude dimwits

Very short staffed. They need adult supervision and can’t keep up. This place is often ran by teenagers.  Wait times are too long.

The funniest and worst coffee experience. Twice the drive thru person tried to hand me an unmixed iced latte. It was a fat layer of milk and visible layer of flavor syrup on bottom then the espresso on top. I asked for it to be fixed since that’s definitely not a latte. It’s some weird reverse macchiato with layers of stuff and I don’t want to drink just syrup and milk through the straw. She said that’s how it comes and I just couldn’t help laughing. She remade it the exact same way and I had to ask for them to mix it since I didn’t want to risk spilling it in my car mixing it myself. Just bizarre and kind of silly.

I see alot of bad reviews but i still went inside to see if it was that bad of a place. I came in around Noon there was 3 lady's working on this sunday shift. I immediately was help, they were helpful and understandable to how exactly i wanted my order. The food was fresh and my drink was on point. Drive thru was moving at a steady pace. Again this was the weekend morning shift. Im not sure about the other shifts.

Forgot to add bacon. Angry cause i pay the different. Tomato pesto cheese sandwich.

Never will come back here. Waited 10 mins just got the lady to take my order. Then as I got to the window I waited for my sandwich to be made another 5 minutes. I watched the lady put my sandwich on the table and started cleaning the counters instead of giving me my sandwich. Finally got it, and when I opened the bag the sandwich was burnt. Terrible service, don’t recommend.

I started stopping here after a change to work my schedule, and boy was that a mistake. The days I visit the drive through here are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 5:10-5:25am and almost every time, there's only 2 people on staff max, but some days, there's only one. The real kicker is that yesterday morning September 14, 2021, I stopped by after picking up a client and we both ordered our usual. The girl at the window DELIBERATELY gave us the wrong bag of food and then asked us to give it back her while saying "next time, I'll just let you grab the wrong order ". To say these girls need to be retrained in customer service would be putting it lightly. Two weeks ago, when I'd went to the drive through in the morning, upon placing my order, the girl AUDIBLY complained about the amount of food I'd ordered WHILE I COULD STILL HEAR HER. If these girls hate their jobs, then just get a new job, but don't take it out on paying customers . I've visited several dunkin locations in my time, and this is EASILY one of the worst in CT, at least in the mornings. If you're in the area. Avoid this Dunkin' in the morning.
