I haven't had a problem until today. This was disgusting. If you see pics you know my bread is wet.... Almost . I have eaten this before and I never had a problem. My drink is all ice and barely the actual drink. Now look at this.... What are you thoughts.
Always order mobile, always have a great experience here. People in these reviews don’t seem to understand that this is usually a very busy location, give them a break! Order ahead with extra time! To the staff member who wrote this on my cup 8/12 after 10am, it came to me in perfect timing and made my day. I appreciate you dearly.
We went around 1030am and the place was busy. At the same time, I noticed they have a very tentative staff working very hard to fulfill the online orders, the in store orders, as well as the drive through. If you go at certain times, the coffee orders generally come with a hand drawn sticker with a kind, motivational message to get you through the day. They have a very friendly staff!
Casey and the manager on duty this morning are absolutely magnificent. Today is Red Cup day and with the Hamden location closed, they were getting absolutely bombarded with orders. Casey was still making sure everyone was getting their orders and was happy while there while his manager was making sure everyone was getting their orders in a reasonable time frame. This was a very stressful situation that was handled extraordinarily well.
What is with the staff at this place? The shift manager at night is beyond rude. I understand working with the public is not easy and everyone has a bad day, but I have never seen her on a good day. I ordered food with my last order, the tiny bags were burning hot, I asked for a bag which they didn't have, so I had to carry drinks and flaming bags out. The bags were so hot they fell on the floor. I asked for a replacement and they said they were too busy to help me. They said I could email Starbucks for a refund. That got me nowhere.
The new place is beautiful! You have two new employees I've seen I believe their names are Erica F and Sydney M and let me tell you, they're both fantastic workers ! And so polite and Happy ! My drink is always perfect from those two ! Great job !

I use the drive in every day. It is great. The parking lot is always full and when 5 GUYS and HAVEN HOT CHICKEN opens it will be packed.
All our drinks came half full in the venti size, matcha tastes like watered down milk. Worst Starbucks I've ever visited.Food: 1/5
