It’s like coming to high school, intro course on how not to know or do your job! Pathetic service, and they act like they’re doing you a favor to do their job! The literally got my order wrong twice! They need an adult to supervise these kids. Not sure why they are allowed to be talking on their phones. They all need to be retrained. Excuses are not a reason to fail your workers or customers.
Coffee tasted burnt and watered down, the munchkins tasted like they were sitting out for a few days and were very stale. The whole place was a mess, the drive thru line took up the whole parking lot and orders were getting mixed up. The person working drive thru had to look through all the doughnut boxes just to find mine. Will definitely not return to this location.
Dining area still not open and the location is not appropriate for a drive thru only restaurant. As many as 3 lines of traffic try to converge into the parking lot to get to the drive thru lane.. Line is always absurdly slow. Would not recommend going here until they figure out how to get the dining room open to serve more customers.
Food doesn't taste fresh. Most often, it's either cold or tastes like it's been out for a while. Coffee is okay, which is what we end up getting because there isn't another DD or a coffee shop close by. Service is subpar because they're mostly unwelcoming and act like they don't want to be there.Food: 2/5
Dirty tables and floors. No napkins in the only dispenser and Samantha at least thats what the name on the receipt was that took our order was not happy about being at work and maybe doesn't need a job that deals with the public. Could hear the two ladies working in the back making noises like they were getting sick while people were out eating in the dining room. I don't expect much from this place but still should at least pretend you care a little about your job or customer service
Use to be better doesnt want to adjust order like 5,pumps of syrup instead of 3. No muffins tried since about Thanksgiving to get the cranberry orange muffins til Christmas never got one
Terrible, if you are going to be a business and have hours posted that you are open, then open your doors. If I order online and I arrive to pick up my order and you refuse to open the doors, what is the point in ordering anything from this useless place? Terrible management.
Doors locked 45 min after they open. Forcing everyone to wait in the drive through line, that was 20 cars long. I had placed an online order to skip the drive through line.
Placed an order in advance for early morning next day pick up and paid in advance. When came next day at the agreed on time for for pick up, store was locked and unresponsive. 15 minutes later an employee responded to repeated knocks and said order was not ready, but would be brought out when ready. After another 15 minute wait, multiple bags were brought out. Arrived at our meeting site to find there were no doughnuts in our order. Calling the store resulted in unsympathetic and uncooperative response and a refusal to deliver the shortage. A refund was requested and a firm resolution made to shop somewhere else in the future.
This dunkin is terrible. The employees are always high and get your order wrong. It doesn’t matter how simple it is they find a way to mess it up
