This was such a blessing!  The new manager, Flo, is amazing.  He is friendly, helpful, and from what I can tell, he works just as hard as his employees.  He delivered orders curbside, helped clean, and ran the register all in the short time I was there.  He brought our food out and was an absolute delight!  I've also NEVER seen that location so clean.  Good job all around, Mickey Dee's!!

The new manager is absolutely amazing! So kind, helpful and you can tell he works hard here. I have never eaten at a McDonald’s and felt so welcomed. Employees walking around asking if you need anything and it is so clean! All around great experience and a wonderful change to the past times we have been here.

I'm not here to bash but merely make suggestions based off my opinion.  The location is good. The customer service is average, the food is average, it's not a vad place to be nor est. It's typically always busy there. The only complaint I have is maybe that store isn't able to handle all the business from all the surrounding areas. It would be great to actually have another McDonald's since it seems to be doing so well every day.  Again just my opinions and suggestions.  Vegetarian options: It&#39;s not really a big vegetarian menu but there are items that doesn&#39;t incorporate meat. As well as items that can be revised and edited to your liking.  Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. It&#39;s McDonald&#39;s what more do I need to say?  Parking: There&#39;s definitely more than enough parking. The only thing I would be more focused on is, the traffic going to and from this place. Busy days can mean congestion.  Wheelchair accessibility: It&#39;s more than enough space inside McDonald&#39;s for a wheelchair.  You want have a problem with getting inside, maneuvering around the place, dining at the table with friends and family, using the restroom won&#39;t even be a problem.  Dietary restrictions: I&#39;m not sure what the restrictions are bit they could work around your dietary restrictions and requirements to a certain degree. Keep in my this fast food.

Rude workers! Food is good but the workers are very rude. I was eating and this elderly lady comes in and is asking this worker how to work the order kiosk. She said "there are instructions on the screen" the lady stood there looking at the screen for a while. She then asks someone else for help and they don't come over. I was going to help her but at this point she was so upset that she just wanted to leave. She asked me where the door was. Y'all need to do better. That's sad.

Not very efficient. Ordered a #1 with no drink at 7am. Had to park and wait which is never good.  Tried to look at it on the bright side assuming it would be fresh.  Food was barely warm.

Sucks almost on the regular now  mayo on double cheeseburger meal and it may not be much to many but I'm pregnant and that ruined my meal once again. Hard @McDonalds use to be an awesome place. Rude managers and staff day or nightFood: 1/5

More like a Slow Food Restaurant. Fast where. 25m wait for a dang burger meal. Drive through and delivery was more important than the inside guest. Everyone looking at eachother with the we don't know face. Blah! Do better McDonald's at this location!

I love the prices but I miss the doller menu, I wish they served dinner at breakfast not just breakfast all day, and the breakfast items they do serve are select items. Half the time I can't get the app to work. **Add: last FOUR times I got a milkshake, it looked like vanilla, even when I complained about it  they said it's the machines fault of course, but there's not even enough chocolate in it.

There is absolutely no reason this location should have a single positive review. Ordered takeout through the app and waited 50 MINUTES for our food to come out. When it did come out the fries were ice cold and hard and the rest of the order was wrong. No sauce given for the nuggets. Just an absolute nightmare. On top of all of that, the manager said nothing when I told him we waited almost an hour! Yikes! If you are able, go to the Pinehurst location or avoid this McDonald's all together.

Not recommend unless you have a substantial amount of time to waste. With McDonald’s being my kids place they to eat on occasion I have be here a couple times and the speed of is a bit excessive each time. Right now while making this post I have been waiting 35 minutes for my food. In the event anyone actually reads these post before they eat McDonalds heads up you maybe eating awhile.
