if i could do negative stars i definitely would. I’ve been to this place multiple times and every time i have been there the bacon has been very raw. One worker one time had even told me if i wanted to order 6 bags of bacon i had to come inside so i didn’t hold up the drive thru line. I was also told that they can’t do special requests in the morning time because they’re busy, so you have to come in during the afternoon to get any special requests.

This place charges you more for oat milk, which is okay and I order oat milk to go in my drink and then I catch them not once but more than once putting dairy milk in my drink okay and then they lie to my face and I taste it and I can tell that it is cow milk and not oat milk and there's a reason why I pay more for oatmeal. They want to steal your money and then not give you what you paid for and then lie to your face.

I’m not sure why every single time my medium hot coffee 4 cream 4 sugar always taste different.. it’s never consistently, so I wonder if the cream and sugar is put in by a machines or by person’s preference to what a serving is? …

Was just there like a minute or two ago would’ve gave it a 5 star if it wasn’t for the one older employee or whatever he is that jus started staring me down for no reason outta nowhere like it was weird to me

The worst place I've ever been I wasted my money here donuts were dry, and horrible I was disappointed when I got home and tried to eat one. The people who worked that day were not friendly and didn't act like they wanted to even wait on me the ice cream cones were stale and nasty Food: 1/5

Wish it was good. Ordered the avocado toast. The avocado was clearly a spread, the tomatoes were ice cold, and the bread was soggy.

They were slow as can be but had time to pet people's dog and hold full conversation but told me it was because they were busy. Lieing lazy poorly ran establishment.

I get my coffee from this dunkin donuts everyday. I've watched several employees come and go. Everytime I finally get them to make my coffee right the good employees always leave. I have been getting coffee both hot and iced plus donuts for 7 years now. I feel like loyal customers aren't always appreciated and treated right. I don't understand why the same person is always at the drive through window. I feel like not all employees seem to care how they deal with customers either and other employees go above and beyond but never noticed for it. I've also seen where the outside is dirty or has alot of trash laying around. I would like to see things change because I've been to other dunkin stores taken care of so much better. I see room for alot of improvements. I prefer only certain employees to handle my orders, but the good ones must not be treated right or they would stay. I have never seen or met the manager of this store and I think he or she should be available at least sometimes. See recent picture of coffee grinds in my coffee. I except more from this dunkin.

The one worker is there over night or late but he's great.. I've been going to this DnD for almost 30yrs. I love it here..  Wheelchair accessibility: It has a ramp and the door are wide .
