I am very disappointed with Dunkin Donuts. I always get my iced caramel macchiato and normally it is delicious. However, these past 6 or so months with all the newer people they don’t know what they are doing. My drink tasted like absolute garbage. I will not go back. It’s very upsetting. They didn’t put the extra caramel in it like I asked and they stirred it. This is not what I asked for.

This particular DD always gets our orders wrong. On this visit they were arguing with each other while messing up my order. Didn't include some of my food but I know to check my bags so they fixed it easily. I usually go to another location nearby because this location sucks now.Food: 3/5

Please make sure you are aware of what you are paying for. Used the drive thru because no one was allowed inside. I purchased the 50ct munchkins. When I received the box it was light, I pulled to the side to count them. There were only 37 doughnuts in my box, when I pulled back in the drive thru the cashier smiled and said she'll fill it up..... She did fill my box but Why did I have to come around a second time if you did what you were supposed to in the beginning?? She did

I went here every single day until now! A DEAD FLY IN MY DRINK??? Sipped it right through my straw. So unsanitary and not to mention customer service is horrible. Will never come here again, they need to shut down. I will be contacting the Heath department on this matter.

employees very unfriendly. Bacon is always unseasoned and raw. Definitely do not recommend. Totally ignore requests of not raw bacon.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is so disgusting, anytime you go here and order anything like a macchiato or latte they use so much milk that your drink is completely white and taste like you’re just drinking milk out of a carton. Highly recommend you go anywhere else but here for coffee related drinks.

Ordered A large caramel iced latte online, picked it up and takes it like a large cup of milk.

This dunkin seems to care, food is always hot and fresh and coffee is perfectly balanced! Granted English isn't there main language yet they understand donuts and customer service... Line seems to be always busy yet they manage to accommodate all patrons at a reasonable 80 sec or so! Recommend this spot for any caffeine fiend or donut connoisseur!

Because none of the people want to work they literally close the store down 30 minutes to 15 minutes before the stores even supposed to close every time I try to stop by there on my way home they always have the automated voice thing on telling people that come through drive-through that they’re closed  Hope the owner of that Dunkin’ Donuts likes the loss
