Ordered through Doordash and the result was terrible. Donuts weren't frosted completely, we didn't get some of the donuts we ordered and inside the jelly ones was disgusting and gone bad . My husband ordered a large iced coffee with French vanilla flavoring and there was none like at all. Someone clearly hates their job.

Their selection is always limited, even though it's early afternoon. Take a napkin because they never give you any.  The freshness of their donuts is also gone. It's like they are now frozen and the thawed out. I only go to grab a  when I am on the road with a sweet tooth.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in town. Service is always extremely slow and always conveniently out of everything. Occasionally you’ll get good customer service buts it’s rare. Also can never get a pup cup for my dog cause they’re “out” of whipped cream or they charge for it now…not going to pay for a tiny cup with little bit of whipped cream in it. Used to love this location now I avoid it. Go get some mediocre coffee somewhere else.

I’m sorry but my experience with this location was awful. First, it took us about 40 minutes to get our food when we ordered inside. Second, the employees were taking forever to get the food out. I understand that the location was short staffed but almost 40 mins when we ordered inside? Some customers got the wrong food. Some customers were asking for refunds. Third, the employees kept saying next time order through the drive-through it be faster but it made us feel like we weren’t important the people inside. But what happened if all of us did do the drive-though? I felt like it would have been the same wait. I saw the look of one of the employees ready to walk out. Lastly I’m sorry again but the manager didn’t dressed like a manager and when customers asked where’s the manager he barely came up to us to give us answers. I just want corporate to help the Dunkin’ Donuts in these locations on colonial and the silver star locations cause these two places are needing help! There needs to be a change.

Pretty bad Dunkin’. Very bad customer service and the workers don’t seem to care or know what they are doing. They prioritize Uber eats orders than the customers in the store waiting. We were standing by the register and the lady at the front didn’t even say hi just gave us a look then waited ten min to say she’ll be with us and took our order in a rude way.

I mobile order here on certain days of the week/weekends and there’s these older ladies who are very unpleasant nomatter how nice and patient I try to be. I really don’t appreciate it because I mobile order and I only ask for liquid sugar and jelly. I hate going to this particular location but I love Dunkin’ Donuts.

I dont know who this rude cashier thought she was speaking to customers but she was beyond the point of disrespectful. If I knew her name I would report her to her bossess boss for the way she spoke to me. She had an annoyed tone in her voice, was sassy, & jumped on the mic in the middle of the order, and then said “yeah you asked 3 times” when we asked to confirm the order containing ONE DRINK because she kept yelling at someone else through the mic. Best part is we pull up to the window and this woman has the audacity to say “how ya doin baby” I said “I was good before you gave me all that attitude” and she ignored me. I work in customer service, I’m not stupid. This woman was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. I will not be returning to this dunkin EVER again. And I hope this woman loses her job and never works in customer service again.

This is our regular location and they are always fast, friendly and have a lot of personality. Sometimes they have new kids working the window that are not the brightest crayons in the box but we will always go to this location.  Wheelchair accessibility: It&#39;s wheelchair accessible

Customer service is great,  however they are consistently out of staple menu items,  no omelet bites,  avocado toast,  hash browns,  and the list goes on.  Why is it this location doesn't have food?

The costumer service here at this destination is horrible. One of the cashiers are very rude, disrespectful, and mean. It could be better, with better attitude To the costumer.
