I've had it with this particular location. I'm here a half hour before the posted closing time, but the door is locked. Employee comes over and says manager just wanted to close early. This has happened to me before. Add, the Big Macs I got last week were dry and flavorless. Not worth the premium price I paid. The Hardee's #1 meal next door tastes better and cost less.
Usually the service is GREAT you know besides the slick mouthed employees on drive thru , but tonight I got just a LARGE FRY and as I'm eating I'm coming across some cold soggy fries . They obviously had to be rushing because I got UNDERCOOKED FRIES MIXED WITH NOT even warm fries that's aggravating because a large fry cost $4.04 and MCDONALD'S FRIES ARE USUALLY SOOO GOOD .
Never can get an offer right. Excited 32 mins at the 3rd window for me to knock on it to finally get someone to walk over all to give me the wrong order then try to tell me they didn't have my breakfast orders anymore did I want lunch. No one offered to give me my money back and they where very rid about it. The guy side well I guess your not to hungry then. What do you mean ‍ I ordered breakfast 30 mins again and now I'm getting lunch. Very disappointed in what happen and how it was handled. Also had no unsweetened tea and sprite tasted dirty. Wish someone would compensate my money back for that day. Send me free meal tickets something.
Poor management and customer service, store manager Angie is just as bad as the crew. Managers always fighting with customers, they don't greet you and they don't even thank you for coming. To be honest, they need a new system of management team and a good crew. So disappointed in Silver Star McDonald's Food: 1/5
The manager was rude when I said that we got sandwiches with no meat and he said that where you asked for and I said no the paper is even said no pickles and we have pickles and cheese and no meat and he will not help us and very mean
Not like this location management nor basically anyone in charge care to make things correct nor changes. Just choose another location to go to, I would give zero stars if I could. All around rude, ignorant and disrespectful if you don't like your job find another. Food lukewarm/cold, no one wearing gloves nor hair nets.I didn't force you to apply for the job.
Even though it wasn't as busy they were out of ketchup in the pump the food went ordering inside wait time longer than usual at least 15 minutes they concentrate more on drive-thru and pick up orders even the pickup orders had to wait longer due to drive through bathrooms okay need some cleaning at the time also dining room and need to pay attention to their Fountain drinks on which one needs to be changed out if ordering that drink by time you figure it out it's too late the staff was on point respectful doing their job keeping up with the orders overall on that day being a weekday that's probably why drive-thru was so busy Sports after school programs Etc I give it a okay for the day thanks y'all it's a girl China
There’s a very organized lady who was distributing the food bags very efficiently. That was the highlight of the experience though. The food continues it’s decades-long spiral into a tasteless abyss. Maybe I’ll try it again in a few years.
It's after 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon and still no front counter registers open. Try to order for a little bit and they kept telling me they had to reboot their systems so I tried on the kiosk and the kiosk told me you can only pay at kiosk I have cash. Only good customer service was a young lady with braids and piercings. The rest were trash and I walked out with nothing. Not to mention half the menu ain't there and the restaurant is packed
The staff here are disrespectful and they take forever with your food. they also always get my order wrong they just need better management and new employees all around they should be shut down honestly.Food: 1/5
