Asked for extra cream cheese because if you don't you generally get none or the whole tub. This has gotta be the 15th time this has happened to me. Only franchise in the world that has zero consistency with anything they do from drinks to food.

When I get a hot chai latte I prefer my cup closer to full and my drink hot. This was barely warm, almost $5 dumped down the drain. My friend got a coffee and it was dripping out of the bottom of the crushed cup into the cupholder.

Super disappointing. I went through the drive thru this morning and I had to wait 15 minutes just to get to the ordering station. Once I was there I waited around 5 minutes with nothing but static over the intercom. I asked if it was working and heard no answer so I assumed it was out of order and drove up to the window where they told me that they couldn’t take orders at the window and to go into the lobby. When I went into the lobby, no one served me so I left—wasted 25 minutes and was late to work. All I wanted was a donut that I never got. I don’t think it’s the staff’s fault, it seems like they’re understaffed. Hope this Dunkin gets its stuff together soon or they’re going to keep losing customers. I certainly won’t be going there again.

Service is extremely slow and my "hot" coffee was actually chilly. After complaining,  they couldn't seem to understand why it's a problem that my hot coffee was cold. The staff didn't seem to care about customer service so I will not be returning to this Dunkin Donuts.

12/21/20. Updating to ONE STAR. Out of 8 recent mobile orders, 6 were incorrect. Having wasted two "free" coffee rewards and receiving the wrong coffee, or to have been held up for 20 minutes because they fail to update their mobile app to show they're out of something, I'm done spending my money here.  This location is consistently inconsistent. Machines are down, out of certain things, resulting in you spending 20 minutes asking an online Rep for your money back.  Parking: Spots are hard to see, handicap space is alway encroached on.

I have absolutely no idea how this place manages to stay open. There were more flies than I could count landing on the countertops, donuts, windows, etc.. Honestly, the lobby had a striking resemblance to a gas station bathroom. On top of the uncleanliness, the service was subpar. The man who seemed to be the manager seemed flustered at the amount of customers, which is understandable. What’s not understandable is the condescending tone of voice he used towards the employees around him. So inappropriate, especially in front of a customer. I’m making my coffee at home from now on.

Waited in the drive-thru line for 15 mins to merely pickup my to go order. Very slow service and when I got to the window they didn't even have it ready!!!!Food: 4/5

Something foreign and nasty looking found in my Coolata today, 11/18/2022 order #5514. Avoid this store they designes the drivethru to trap you in and make you wait 20+ minutes.

Great place to stop and refuel the body just keep the orders simple if ya know what I mean

Kayla was amazing and just the pep we needed to start our day. Service was fast and friendly.
