Morning experience worse than a 3rd world airport surrounded by crying babies... apathetic cashier, I asked for change to tip and it was a hassle? I tipped $3.00 and her and another proceeded to laugh.  The other dropped my food on the floor and still tried to serve it to me until I asked for replacement. I get home to smashed donuts with no frosting due to hand and finger prints.  Should have taken the tip back after the laughter, and given them both a tip on hygiene.  Only cool thing about this place is the long blue haired girl that wasn't working today, she must be the glue there. Have some respect for yourself, I deserve a franchise let alone a refund.

My wife is a school teacher and wanted to get a box of hot cocoa for her students for Polar Express day at her school. She was told by the manager that she needed to order in advance, which she has done before, and they don't make it until she gets there, and they made her purchase 15 individual cups of hot cocoa!!?? It's sad that a teacher with such Christmas spirit and who teaches for the love of her students certainly isn't the money, discovered the grinch at this D&D...boooo!

The brown sugar cold brew with cold foam and dried tomatoes hummus toast were an  awesome treat.

I just ordered a medium caramel iced coffee with almond milk & sugar.  They never stirred my drink which means I had to do it so I wouldn’t drink straight sugar and caramel. It doesn’t even taste how it’s supposed to taste. The employees also lack of friendliness. Also this visit was a long wait in the drive thru. It usually isn’t a bad wait during COVID-19 lunch hour from my previous visits at this time. They do need more staff it seems like. I don’t think I’ll be returning back to this location in my future. I’ve given them a few tries and my drink is somehow never correct. They need to step up their customer service & know how to correctly make coffee drinks.

They are the only location that charges for a pup cup!! Go to another location or go to Starbucks if you have your pups.

Avoid this location at all costs.  Routinely gets drink orders wrong gives old iced coffee instead of cold brew, gives you the wrong items, and barely frosts the donuts - it’s like they’re running out of the stuff!  Save yourself the frustration and go to literally any other Dunks in the area.

This particular establishment has been a problem for years. The customer service has been bad every time I've visited; it's hard to even get the employee's attention to put my order in because they're usually talking in the back and not paying any attention to the front of the store. Their answer to this problem is, apparently, to close the registers and put in one kiosk.  This absurd kiosk is not user friendly and often doesn't even have the options you want to order even though the items are clearly available- plentiful on the shelf. This morning, after not being able to order the item I wanted- sour cream donuts- even though they were right there on the shelf in front of me- I gave up and asked an employee to let me order at the register. He didn't come back so, after several minutes, I gave up and left. I walked across the street to Winn Dixie and found a 4-pack of fresh plain bagels the other thing I had wanted, but DD was out of them, sour cream donuts, and even some hot cross buns for Easter- all for less than what my order at DD would have cost me, if I'd even been able to order. I will not be returning to this establishment. There are too many other options in the area, with better food and much better service.

Nothing but love for this place.  I am not sure why this was given lower reviews as I think they have one of the better coffee's.  The place may not be upscale enough, but the coffee's good.
