This review is mostly for one employee: Ethan. He does a great job. He always remembers my order and he’s very friendly and efficient. Jaylin and Ruth are great employees too. Honestly I’m surprised at the negative reviews, this store runs pretty well.

Yes, this Starbucks gets busy, but if you've ever been inside, they are HUSTLING. I didn't want to interupt the manager to complement the team, but OMG, it looked like an all star team with behind the back passes and hand offs. They work their butts off!

One of the Nocatee runners' fave pit stops. Easily seen and accessed from the main road. Solid, prompt, courteous staff when my three daughters and I visited after dinner.

I've visited this location many times and am always pleased with my order and the wonderful attitude of all the baristas. Whether I visit the drive-thru, walk in to order, or hang out to do work on my computer I always leave smiling from my visit.

Terrible. Only location that consistently gets my order wrong and won’t fix it after charging me 10$ for a coffee. Staff completely incompetent.

Better close the Starbucks here in Nocatee, has no capacity to serve people, 30 minutes Wait for a coffee that’s ridiculous. I am just buying a coffee not a steak.

I don't dislike Starbucks. I dislike the three times I've come in for my usual which I request no whip cream, and low and behold it gets smothered in it. The cup even says "No Whip". I calmly walk to the trash and scrape it off. If Dunkin served coffee I'd probably go, but I don't enjoy the Flint water on ice they serve.

Lately I have been very disappointed with this Starbucks Location. I am all about supporting local business but they just ruined my coffee experience this morning. They get my orders wrong most of the time has well.

Came in for my coffee. Clean store. The usual Starbucks. The staff was super friendly though and my orders were made quick and well.

Me and a friend went through and got two drinks. the employee Ben gave us an extra drink! he was so kind and asked about our day and had a wonderful attitude! thank you Ben! YOU DESERVE A RAISE
