Note:  Bally's Atlantic City is currently improving and updating the entire hotel and casino. This Dunkin' needs to be completely overhauled and improved or they should think about bringing in a replacement business that can better serve basic customer needs. Information:  Located on the lobby/hotel check in level area of Bally's Park Place Casino Hotel. see pic. Be fore warned: This Dunkin does not accept or give any DDPerks for purchases, does not accept gift cards see pic nor does it participate in any other company wide promotions. However, they will accept food credits/vouchers issued by Bally's Casino through their Guest Rewards program. Review:  Unfortunately this is the only 24 hr. restaurant/place to buy any food or drinks in the entire casino. They consistantly run out of food items; sometimes for days at a time, esp. on the weekends. The staff is not the friendliest, usually very slow and have no knowledge of what they have available on the posted menu boards and what they actually have in stock. The line can get unusually long during breakfast or hotel check out hours. Recently I waited 20 plus minutes to get to a register just to find out they had no food items available. See pic of what I wanted to purchase, but it was not available. Dunkin' here's a suggestion-- Since some workers might not be too busy cooking or preparing "no food" at all, someone maybe even a manager??? would take the time or initiative to post a sign to say they had "no food" available at the entrance of the store? Prices are also higher than other Dunkin' locations in and around Atlantic City. Needs serious improvement.  Features: No masks were worn during a recent visit.

The service in this place is so slow. Also, Dunkin’ advertisement said that you can get a free stuff in your Birthday but they said that they don’t give nothing  The place needs some urgent improvements. I not recommend this store

Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to, 9:30AM there out off half the donut selection, the bagels are stale. I ordered 1 Coffee and 1 Vanilla Chi they was out then said they can go get it when I turned-around the attendant left the store should have canceled the order

Thank you so much able to change my phone but not use DunkinApp at this location do to Bally’s own and managed shame on Bally’s overcharging Americans for coffees

Today I went to Dunkin and there was this beautiful smile on the front counter who honor me a hospital worker. I'm here on my 1st wedding anniversary so I tipped them 10.00 it's not easy trying to keep a smile with all the cutbacks but she did in spite of it all Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from this New Yorker. She made my day! Thank you!

Dear Dunkin, Your employees are sorely in need of proper training...first and foremost is engaging with customers, and also how to speak properly. The employee who waited on me spoke in an incomprehensible way. Her attitude was "Why are you bothering me?" She also ranted with her fellow employee about what she was going to 'effin' do when she got home. I'm sorry that I disturbed her! NOT

Today we are here at balleys to stay for my daughters cheer and we all went to Dunkin after 45 min on the line …we heard them call out the numbers so I help and called out the number louder ..So Fatima the supervisor said I could refuse your order ..she tried to embarrass me at in front of my family rude getto and not Professional I didn’t even want my coffee afraid she would spit in it  Kid-friendliness: Rude rude rude

They don't have scanners to use the Dunkin donuts app. Could not redeem many free drinks. HUGEEEEE INCONVENIENCE!!!!! Also, Donuts were not fresh. Drinks were ok tho.

I stayed at bally's casino in atlantic city from Oct.  3rd till Oct 6th 2022 for 2 days I was told they were not making food .. Yesterday the young lady that was there at 3:30 pm when I can in told me she was not cooking food and would not heat my coffee roll. She informed me she was working alone and wasn't gonna kill herself making food..I think this was unacceptable.. Maybe there should be two people in the evening..

Not sure they know how to make a latte coffee.. My latte is always very dark.  I order a latte coz it means light coffee.
