Service was quick and cashier took our orders accurately. The batistas were loud and didn't seem to mind that customers are  there too.

Ordered a small plain Pike Place. It was fresh and strong like it should be. Associate greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was kind and pleasant to deal with. Sugar and half&half to make my coffee were stocked. Perfect experience.Food: 5/5

Horrible customer service. Takes 60 minutes 1 hour to make one simple drink. Treated customers so terribly. Workers were rude and had a catchy attitude. Came with a family member, but we were ordering separately because I wanted to use my SB gift card. When I tried to order they completely ignored me and walked off even after I said “excuse me” 3 times. Workers did not know how to do their job and kept asking other workers for assistance. The person who takes orders at the front of line did not know what to do and messed up peoples orders. Workers are very loud and don’t pay any attention to their job. People who came in way after I did got their drink first. They ALSO RAN OUT OF MANY INGREDIENTS AND CUPS/STRAWS!!! How pathetic. Running a business and not having the main  ingredients needed. The drink ended up not being not very good, it was the worst I have ever received from Starbucks. I am nice to even give up to 1 star. They need better trainers to help the workers. This place is TERRIBLE. DO NOT come here. Save your time and money to go somewhere else that has better customer service.

The coffee orders were prepared fast and the **baristas are polite. Keep up the great work!!

Pour over had coffee grounds in it twice even after it was brought to the server's attention and did not follow "Starbucks" detailed instruction outline for making it. No business cards out or available for follow up. We had a difficult time identifying the MOD and speaking with her to voice our concerns. Poor service, not customer service/satisfaction oriented. The store wasn't busy in comparison however the well staffed franchise seemed overwhelmed. This Starbucks will not  me again.

Terrible customer service. Was rudely told to put on a mask, which I’m happy to do but the guy behind the counter was wearing one only covering his mouth & not his nose - what’s the point? Was also told after ordering that they don’t accept Starbucks card. The whole time the guy was just super rude and obviously didn’t want to be there. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and it wasn’t up to the standard I get at other stores. Spend your money elsewhere

Sign said to wear a mask, which is fine, I was. But neither employees were wearing one. And then they didn’t have any breakfast sandwiches. And no cold brew, or iced coffee. It was clear they simply didn’t want to work today. It’s a Saturday morning on the boardwalk of Atlantic City. How do you not have anything to offer in a Starbucks?

Was told we had to wear a mask but both workers weren’t wearing theirs..then the guy proceeded to make the worst pumpkin cream cold brew I’ve ever had and put about half a cup of ground cinnamon on top. It was completely inedible

Hours misleading, not open at 9 everyday. Still closed at 10

Nini and Bobbi made the experience worth the wait. There was a line but well worth it. Great customer service and delicious drinks!
