Not very clean inside. Seemed rather drab. Prices are not consistent with other dunkin in the area. Donuts tasted dated. Was not impressed with the amount of sprinkles on a sprinkled donut compared to the advertised image. Parking: Downtown area so it will be hard to get parking if not on a Sunday. Parking lot around the corner. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access facility but counter is high and donuts are displayed to be seen by a standing person.
I enjoy going to Duncan Donuts, the best coffee, and food reasonably priced. The atmosphere is always clean no matter the location. Thank you kindly for allowing my feedback. My best, Felicia G.
My first and maybe last time visiting this Dunkin’ location. I know they can’t control the homeless population in or around the business but it’s not appealing when it comes to cleanliness. Speaking of cleanliness, everyone on staff should be wearing gloves no matter if they are preparing food or drinks. The preparation area was extremely filthy and unorganized. Red flags everywhere. When I saw my chorizo wrap it looked like there was mold on it. But I just prayed and peeled off the ugly pieces cuz ain’t no way they would’ve sold me an old wrap that’s supposed to be new on the menu.
There is no “atmosphere” - it is just a counter without seating options. A bit dirty. Service seems overwhelmed during “peak times”. Too many people.Service: 3/5
While not the best part of our trip, as we were approached by a pretty adamant homeless gentleman outside the store about paying him $2 to hold an umbrella for us, the atmosphere inside was at least pleasant. I will say I was a bit nervous about our mobile order not being ready when we came in because our cc was rejected initially out of towners placing a LARGE mobile order, and when we came in there was nothing on the pick up cart - but when we came to the counter and told them who we were, we were pleasantly surprised to find everything ready and waiting on us 9 specialty drinks, a brew box, 3 dozen donuts and a large box of donut holes. The ladies jumped to attention and helped us carry everything out to our vehicle IN THE RAIN, no less. Thank you for everything!
This is easily the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. They really don't care about customer service. Not only did they fill my drink 3/4 of the way if I had wanted a smaller size I would have ordered a smaller size, but they were rude to everyone. The place is also pretty dirty inside and they blocked off the seating area, so it feels cramped.
My favorite Dunkin in ATL period!! They are always courteous, and professional. They pay attention to detail when crafting your drinks. I frequent this location several times a week, and when I walk in, they are already ringing up my order! Now that's EXCELLENT customer service. They even remember our milk preferences! My latte is always perfect & I tried the roasted tomato humnus toast today...so Yummy!
This place USED to be so nice. It is now dirty and trashy. There was no rush to clean it up, the staff was sitting around in the kitchen area eating. There is even a motorcycle/scooter parked in the former dine in area. The old owners must have sold it. It is definitely under new uncaring management.Food: 3/5
Entire order was incorrect. Grilled Cheese was hard. Ordered a Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Sandwich received Sweet Black Pepper Bacon was a snack not a croissant sandwich. No Cream Or Sugar.Food: 1/5
The worker there were great, but we notice that they don’t pay attention to details. They gave us a fake $5 bill.Food: 4/5
