This dunkin is in a very convenient location and I loved that their closing time is 10pm but why are the doors locked and closed at 9:40 /9:45pm!!!!!! I gave them grace the first two times I came close to 10 because the first was at 9:45 and the second time was at 9:49pm but this is ridiculous!!!! I got here at 9:43 and the doors were locked and closed and no one inside!!!! The closing time is 10pm, you guys should abide by that!!!!!! I come straight after work , I get off 9:30 and come straight there so I can get coffee before I head to my second job!!!!

The employees working here deserve a raise. They are going above and beyond in terms of customer service. Ive been in here 10 minutes and they are just rockstars. You don't see that often with "fast food"Service: 5/5

I  ordered 6 Sesame Bagels for the next day,  Next day they made none and offered one everything bagel instead and forgot about the other five. After explaining how everything bagel has oats and my friend is allergic they made a new batch.. They made sesame and OAT Bagels! I did not notice till after I left good thing I checked before handing them over  Went back in and it was corrected but my friend could have died.

Today 8-30-2024 at a little before noon I stopped by this location near Racetrac at 120 Piedmont. The two young ladies that were working had the nastiest attitudes. I ask them if I could order using them instead of the automated screen and the attitude immediately comes out. I wasn’t rude at all, simply asked a question. They rolled their eyes and began to speak about me as if I weren’t standing there. Due to their nasty attitudes I decided to walk up the hill to the Dunkin donuts on Forsyth street, the service is better and nobody gives you attitude jut great service. If the Dunkin’ Donuts at 120 piedmont Avenue is actually being ran by an adult please replace the 2 young ladies that worked today and hire customer service oriented people. Their attitude is costing you guys money.

I use to be a Starbucks lover……. but Hailey & Betoyah have change that forever. They are absolutely the best! Amazing & friendly service at all times. Definitely make it feel like home. They deserve a raise 100%, customer service can’t be beat.

Purchased coffee and blueberry muffin. Walking in no one came to counter. Instead to young ladies are laughing and talking to male gentleman. Every other word was the F bomb. Finally another employee said relax on the curse words and take care of customer. Finally the young lady came to take my order. While the other made my coffee. The cashier then proceeds to get on IG. After getting my coffee I’m still standing waiting for my muffin. No other customers in line! I finally ask for my muffin and she tell the other girl to go get it as she continues on IG. Very Poor customer service!!

The manager should be fired. I ordered a small iced cappuccino and a chicken wrap. The tablet to order from did not give me a receipt. The drink was almost entirely milk. Even after they replaced it, it was almost entirely milk. The wrap came 15 minutes later and was frozen in the inside. The wait was nearly 30 minutes.  The store was packed, and the manager was nowhere to be found. About 15-20 people in the lobby, each with partial orders. The young lady in front of me asked for a decalf coffee because she is alergic to caffeine and the tap with decaf had caffenated coffee in it.  The manager finally came out and took no responsibility. She was just sitting in the back doing nothing.

Overall it's a great place for you and your women to grab something and just vibeFood: 5/5
