I asked for a medium iced caramel coffee with me and my friend. Told the guy at the cashier multiple times to go light with the ice and he ended up filling it to the brim. Not only that but he didn’t fill up the cup all the way and it has to be by far the worst coffee I’ve ever had at dunkin.Food: 1/5

Visited this Dunkin’ Donuts while in Jersey. Had a cinnamon roll and my usual chai latte.  Service was a quick and easy despite long lines. I appreciated the cleanliness of the space from the seating to the bathroom facility which was fully functional. The music playing ing the Dunkin’ was quite pleasing and in alignment with my musical taste.  I recommend visiting this Dunkin’ for fast and great service

Worst of all time .. just came out of this outlet, and the lady out there was more interested in her mobile, and songs than anything else .. to top it, a lot of attitude too. I forgot to check her name before I can formally complaint. To the irony, there was no manager on duty as well. It took 25 minutes of waiting then to realize that she has one order to make. There was just another customer, that’s all … Hot coffee was made as iced coffee. Croissant was not available and she was keep pushing me to get something else though I said nothing as a replacement - four times !! It would never be my second visit there .. really pathetic. I never do review but can’t stop myself to get this experience out … really horrible, she thinks nothing is going to happen to anyone no matter what customer experiences. At the most they will just refund you … Wow, such attitude and customer service will never make Dunkin Donuts be proud ever …

I was shopping across the street and stopped in to purchase a donut yesterday night and discovered that they had almost nothing in stock.  I ended up with a doughnut stick that was hard and possibly a day old!! Not what I expected from a huge franchise chain.  workers were mean, and not friendly - laughing at my purchase.

The young man that was working here today at 7pm deserves 10 stars. And the young lady as well.  The coffee at this location is always bomb! and the donuts are always fresh. I hope these good workers get rewarded. Not easy finding good employees.Food: 5/5

I asked for Vanilla bean coolatta . I haven't had one in a long time. This dunkin has its good days and bad , depending on the shifts. This was ICE, vanilla syrup, and maybe milk. TERRIBLE from the pic, you can see NO bean was in it. Will never order again .Food: 1/5
