I’d give it 0 stars but you can’t… check out the photo it’ll speak for itself.. so the receipt says hot coffee… and they send me an iced coffee… this world i going to hell
The service was efficient and the employees were nice. The location is close to the 1 train as well as a number of bus lines.

This is the best dunkin in all of NYC. This summer, I fainted in this dunkin from the heat, and the workers not only helped me and gave me food and water, but ordered me an Uber home. On their own Uber account. Then today, I was having a really bad day, and the sweetest woman gave me an extra donut. It truly made my entire day. All the workers at this Dunkin need a raise immediately.
Came in today and I was greeted by a very happy joyful young man, I wish I took his name down. He was so welcoming pleasant and he had a musical pep in his voice. I wanted to say thank you for being happy carefree in the mornings I know this job or any job can be hard at times whenever you deal with the public and with customers. You made my morning and day today thank you. Be well and stay safe.
The prices are okay and the breakfast was really tasty.
Great place and better service fast and friendly
If you're going to order a drink with LESS Ice, be prepared to also get LESS drink coffee as well. An employee has done this twice here before when I order having me to go back and ask him to fill it up. Just because someone ask for less ice, doesn't = less drink. The employee was nice, but it would be even nicer to not give less drink if less ice was asked, unless a customer asks. This is the only DD that I've encountered this, that does that... That's the only downside at this Morningside Heights, Manhattan location, other wise not much.
On one particular day, nothing was ready. The store opened at 5:30am, I went in at 6:15am with my mind set on ordering the double chocolate, but they had nothing ready, so I then went on to order 25 munchkins, but they didn't have that either...so I walked out of feeling let down and very disappointed.
