The man at the front counter by the name of Issac brown skin, gray hair, glasses, buck teeth, cut chin, and moles all over his face is a WHOLE ripoff. Do not—I repeat DO NOT get donuts from here. He charged me $5 and some cents just for 3 donuts when I specifically asked for 4. Now, this may not be a lot to others but for people like me who are serious and don’t play about the food this is a huge deal. This Dunkin’ Donuts is in the hood anyway so I wasn’t surprised by the major rip off. Honestly, krispey kreme is better, just get donuts from there.

Employees have great customer service but usually there is something wrong with the food. Usually I just ignore it but today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and got a bacon and cheese bagel. Where is my egg Dunkin??  I just wanted a good morning on a rare day off.Food: 2/5

It was a disorganized mess inside the store at 11am. I did a mobile order with the only selection for pickup being drive thru… however my vehicle was unable to fit so I walked in. Customer service was so poor with only 1 employee giving a greeting while a front line employee restocked donuts with not even an acknowledgment to say “someone will be with shortly “. Upon informing drive thru of my order an employee made my order incorrectly and the cup was less than full… Do better!

Bought a dozen donuts after eating half noticed a fly on one. Digusting and rude employees. Contacted the manager Issac he left a message and never called backFood: 1/5

The location on Candler Road has not changed.   My order was for two donuts lol, they threw the donuts in the bag without the paper or napkins.  It was my error not to check before I pulled off.  But I must say the associate at the drive thru was very nice.Food: 3/5

All of them are rude and ghetto. One lady said the bathroom broke.. I paid for food in drive thru and had to use the restroom went inside and she claim it’s “broke”. They don’t even speak at the speaker. Very unprofessional just tell you to order.. none of the other ones near here are this bad as far as customer service goes smh

The staff in the morning today were rude . Gave me burnt hashbrowns . How can you burn hashbrowns? The hashbrowns were not cooked nor crispy . Then they gave me 4 of them in a bag . The receipt says 6. It’s like I wasn’t welcomed or anything . Do better. I patronized because I saw what fitted my schedule . The paper on the door says “no Public restroom 7am-8pm.” I understand that it’s not safe but take the paper down and write a note on the door that says “only drive thru lobby closed”. Then I asked for “3 jelly” . She gave me 2 . This ruined my entire day .

The heat was not working. Poor employees were freezing. Temp 17. Was told that the reward was not valid. She did not try to scan it. After I paid, I asked  her why, so next I will know. She apologized and said I could have used it. My 500 points have not yet been added back to my point balance.Food: 5/5

Nothing like showing up to get a coffee before work on a surgery day and the employees are in the parking lot instead of inside. Sign says you open at 5 am. So why is it at 5:15 your in the parking lot and no one has even set foot inside? It’s cool. I got an energy drink at the gas station across the street. You can keep your coffee. ‍
