My brother found Heather Guthrie in 2004. We were told, by the meth step-kids' lawyer, that we had not a prayer of challenging mom’s trust. They proceeded to destroy her house and loot her accounts. Heather calmly took charge of the mess. Within a month, I was Guardian. The next month I was Conservator. Throughout the long war, Heather steered me to the right actions that, ultimately, led to their resignation. My mother and aunt were both protected by Heather Guthrie. What I most admired about her was that she was not afraid to stand between myself and my beloved protected. Heather represents the ones you love; yes, she is respectful, kind and caring, but she is intrepid in telling you what you need to do, legally.
    Thanks to Heather, my mom's money went to provide a clean, safe and caring foster home, for the care of her Alzheimer's. Heather repaired my aunt's destroyed taxes; she drove, on her own time, the records over to the accountant. Bringing over, after hours, a top tax attorney (Carmen SantaMaria) who stopped eviction. With her help and wisdom, the tax mess was resolved with minimal financial pain for my aunt. She is an excellent delegator to other attorneys who specialize in different fields of law. Heather never usurps authority when it would be more beneficial for you to have a different consulting attorney. As a religious person, I never experienced Heather Guthrie as anything other then God's gift of protection to my now departed helpless. If you have a precious one, under siege by predators, this is the person to hire. Your deeds shall surely follow you to the Light, Heather. In the darkness of battle, with little sleep and great worry, Heather lit the path that saw my elders to safety and their return home.
