Matthew D. Kaplan and his assistant Gillian were instrumental in saving me huge amounts in medical bills as well as garnering an insurance award that was very much welcomed.  They were extremely attentive and responsive answering each and every question I had in a timely manner--always keeping me informed of every step along the way.  

It is my hope that I will never need legal representation again, but should I find that I do Matthew D. Kaplan will be my first call!
